Troubleshooting of Self excited High voltage Magnetic Control Soft Start Cabinet
① After the controller is powered on, the LCD screen does not display, displays too deep or too shallow.
LCD display contrast is set improperly. Adjust the potentiometer W3 to adjust the contrast to an appropriate position.
② During the operation of the controller, there is a small error between the displayed current value and the measured value.
The controller A/D conversion reference voltage has error. Adjust potentiometer W2 to adjust the displayed current value to an accurate value. (Restricted by A/D conversion accuracy, the displayed current value has an inherent error of 0.5%.)
③ The reactor does not work after the controller sends out a pulse, but the pulse indicator of the controller shows that the pulse is normal.
The triggering pulse G and K are connected inversely, and the thyristor in the reactor cannot be connected. Reverse the trigger pulse of the controller output thyristor.
④ The controller shows that the phase shift angle is very small, but the current on the controllable reactor is very large.
If the voltage synchronization signal is connected reversely or the trigger pulse is connected wrongly, the actual conduction angle of the thyristor is large. Check the wiring carefully according to the wiring diagram.
