1、 Overview

2、 Operating principle

3、 Performance characteristics:
1. Good controllability, the impedance can be reduced to 2% of the initial impedance.
2. The starting current is small. The starting current can be adjusted from 1.5le to 3.5le. There is no secondary surge impact during the starting process.
3. Three starting curves can be selected: constant current, slope and sudden jump to meet the requirements of different working conditions.
4. Friendly man-machine interface, starting parameters can be set, checked and adjusted.
5. The starting repeatability is good, and the starting performance is not affected by the ambient temperature.
6. It has multiple protection functions such as phase failure and overcurrent.

4、 Scope of application

5、 Operation
① Initialization
The initial screen appears after the controller is powered on.
According to the last parameter setting, the controller will enter the constant current or climbing control mode and wait for the start or stop start signal.
② Motor soft start
In the "Waiting for Start" interface, the PLC will give the start signal, and the controller will start the constant current or climbing start control, and display the motor current and reactor phase shift angle in real time.
③ Parameter setting
In the "Waiting for Start" interface, press the "OK" key, enter the password "0006", and press the "OK" key to enter the function selection menu.
Press "Up" or "Down" to select, and press "OK" to enter the selected item.
In the parameter setting interface ("constant current control curve" or "climbing control curve"), press the "left" or "right" key to increase or decrease 1 for the parameter; Press the "Up" or "Down" key to increase or decrease the parameter by 50, and press the "OK" key to save. After setting a parameter, you must press OK to modify the next parameter. After modification, press "Cancel" to return to the waiting interface. The controller will enter the constant current or climbing control state according to the set parameters.
④ Historical curve
In the "Waiting for Start" interface, press the "OK" key, enter the password "0006", and press "OK" to enter the function selection menu. Press "Up and Down" key to select "History Curve Display", and press "OK" key to enter.
The curve shows the starting current and time during the motor starting process. The vertical axis is the current, and the horizontal axis is the time. Press Left or Right to select the previous or next curve. "Curve 01" refers to the current curve at the latest start; "Curve 10" refers to the current curve of remote primary starting.
⑤ Manual control
The controller provides manual control function for debugging. In the "Waiting for Start" interface, press the "OK" key, enter the password "0006", and press "OK" to enter the function selection menu. Press the "Up" and "Down" keys to select "Manual Control", and press the "OK" key to enter.
Press the "OK" key to select an option, and press the "Left" or "Right" key to decrease or increase the parameter value: in the "Phase Shift Angle", the "Left" or "Right" key to decrease or increase the phase shift angle by 1 (the smaller is 0 degrees, the larger is 178 degrees); In "Control speed", the "Left" and "Right" keys control the speed by decreasing or increasing 1 (1 is faster, 4 is slower); In the "control error", the control error of the "left" and "right" keys is reduced by 1% or increased by 1% (the smaller is 0%, the larger is 20%, based on the rated current value).
Note: OFFSET is the adjustment parameter of synchronization signal. Do not modify this parameter after debugging. Otherwise, abnormal pulse may be caused.
