9 Overload capacity
AC current circuit: 2 times of rated current, continuous operation; 10 times rated current, 10s allowed; 40 times rated current, 1s allowed.

10 Insulation performance
10.1 Insulation resistance
Under normal test atmospheric conditions, the insulation resistance of the device between the external live circuit part and the exposed non live metal part and the shell, as well as between the electrically unconnected circuits, shall be measured with a 500V megger, and shall not be less than 100 M Ω.
10.2 Medium strength
Under normal test atmospheric conditions, the device can withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test with a frequency of 50Hz for 1min without breakdown, flashover and component damage. During the test, when voltage is applied to any of the tested circuits, the other circuits are equipotentially interconnected and grounded.
10.3 Impulse voltage
Under normal test atmospheric conditions, the device's DC input circuit, AC input circuit, output contact and other circuits to the ground, as well as between electrically unrelated circuits, can withstand 1.2/50 µ s standard lightning wave short-time impulse voltage test, and the open circuit test voltage is 5kV.
10.4 Damp heat resistance
The device can withstand the alternating damp heat test specified in Chapter 20 of GB/T 7261. The test temperature is+40 ℃± 2 ℃, the relative humidity is (93 ± 3)%, and the test time is 48h (the time of each cycle is 24h). Within 2h before the end of the test, measure the insulation resistance between the exposed non charged metal parts of each external live circuit part and the shell, as well as between the circuits that are not electrically connected, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 1.5M Ω; The dielectric strength shall not be less than 75% of the specified dielectric strength test voltage.
