(1) In order to ensure the construction quality, generally, the newly painted cement wall must be aged for a certain time (half a month in summer and about one month in spring, autumn and winter) in dry and sunny weather, so as to reduce the value of РН of the wall below 10, and the moisture content before construction should be<9%, meeting the construction requirements. The wall must be completely cleaned of oil stains and attachments.
(2) The surface of the base course must be painted firmly without cracks, hollowing and other defects.
(3) Each plane of the plastering layer shall be free of large concave and convex waves. The flatness shall be less than 2mm and reach a certain degree of smoothness, and there must be horizontal or longitudinal separation lines.
(4) The internal and external corners of the base course shall be vertical and square without missing edges and corners.
(5) The reused scaffold must be more than 20cm away from the wall, and no iron wire or other supports can be embedded in the wall. In addition, the protective net outside the scaffold shall be removed to increase the brightness and facilitate construction. The scaffold piece shall be laid by turning over in advance to prevent pollution after coating completion.
2. Base course cleaning and finished product protection

3. Applying primer
On the completely treated base course, evenly brush one coat of acrylic permeable high alkali resistant primer to avoid sagging and missed coating. With this primer, it has a good alkali resistance and waterproof function, forming a protective film. Its molecular density can prevent the alkaline substances in the wall from seeping out, but it can still allow a small amount of water vapor in the wall to seep out without damaging the finish paint, and maintain the permeability of the wall. The amount is 0.16kg per square meter.
4. Spraying silicon acrylic stone like paint for one to two times
After the primer is completely dry, adjust the appropriate air pressure, and spray it twice with a special spray gun of stone like paint according to the process requirements. The interval between the previous and subsequent processes shall be at least 8 hours. The dry film thickness shall reach 2.5-3mm, and the dosage shall be about 4.5kg per square meter. The imitation stone effect is realistic. Surface drying for 1 hour, solid drying for 24 hours, and complete hardening for about 14 days.
5. Apply one coat of silicon acrylic high antifouling finish paint
After the natural stone like paint is dried, evenly brush the silicon acrylic high antifouling finishing paint, which is mainly used for the covering of natural stone like paint, with the amount of 0.22kg per square meter.
Maintenance period: more than 5 days (25 ℃); The maintenance period shall be extended under low temperature and humidity.
