Construction process:
1. Add water first, and then add ceramic tile glue one by one. The water material ratio is about 1:3.5, and the water material ratio can be adjusted appropriately as required. Use a low-speed (300r/min) electric mixer to mix evenly until there is no raw powder.
2. The second mixing shall be carried out after 15 minutes of hydration (standing), and it can be used after 1-3 minutes. The mixed binder cannot be added with water or dry binder powder.
3. Scrape a small amount of adhesive on the back of the ceramic tile (subject to filling the groove) with a toothed spatula on the straight side, and remove the dust and sundries on the bottom to ensure the bonding strength. Apply an appropriate amount of adhesive on the construction bottom surface, use a spatula with appropriate tooth pitch to form a 60-70 degree, comb it into a full strip along the straight line, and press the ceramic tile on the base course coated with adhesive to ensure the integrated adhesion and adjust it to the proper position.
matters needing attention:
1. Clean the oil stain, dust, concrete curing agent, release agent and other loose objects on the surface of the base course.
2. When the tensile strength of the base course is less than the bonding strength of the external wall facing brick, reinforcement must be carried out to ensure solid and flat.
3. For the wall surface with high water absorption of the base course, the mortar anti crack agent can be applied for back sealing treatment.
4. After mixing with water, do not add other building materials for mixed use.
5. The mixed binder shall be used up within 3 hours, and shall be stirred every half an hour to maintain good operability. The cured binder shall not be used.
6. The tiles that have been pasted cannot be moved after 15 minutes. If adjustment is needed, the adhesive on the back of the tiles and the construction surface should be removed and then pasted again with the adhesive.
7. The suitable construction environment temperature is 5 ℃ - 35 ℃.

It is applicable to the pasting of small ceramic tiles such as mosaics and strip bricks, indoor and outdoor concrete or cement mortar walls or vertical surfaces, as well as indoor medium and small floor tiles.
