Working principle of pipe chain conveyor:
Both sides of the driving box (driven box) of the pipe chain conveyor are provided with branch pipes, which are connected with the driving box (driven box). The 8-tooth sprocket is installed in the driving box (driven box), and the feeding pipe is connected through a flange. The two ends of the material conveying pipe are connected with the branch pipes set on both sides of the driving box (driven box), and the conveying chain is connected with the driving sprocket through the material conveying pipe and the inner hole of the branch pipe. The section shape of the feeding pipe is circular. The conveying chain comprises a horizontal chain link and a vertical chain link in the shape of an anchor chain. A disc is fixedly installed on the vertical chain link, and the disc is circular. The conveyor is simple and reasonable in structure, and can be used in narrow and irregular spaces. It is widely used in material transportation. According to the different space requirements of the user's site, the pipe chain conveyor can also be used separately for horizontal, inclined or vertical lifting occasions, and can realize the transportation application of multiple feed inlets or multiple outlets. At the bend of the pipe, the reversing sprocket can also be set to reverse the chain.
Precautions before installation of pipe chain conveyor:
（1） After the equipment arrives at the factory, each part of the machine should be checked, counted, classified and kept properly. It should not be stacked in the open air to avoid corrosion and damage.
（2） The chain is a key part of the conveyor. Before installation, check whether the chain joint rotates flexibly. If it does not rotate flexibly, remove the rust and polish it with sandpaper until it rotates flexibly. Do not apply lubricating oil.
（3） The installation dimensions of the casing and the foundation or platform of the drive device shall be carefully checked (measured). Any problems found shall be handled in time.
（4） Prepare necessary installation tools and materials.
