1、 Installation of floor heating main pipe
The main pipeline of the floor heating system is an important equipment for transporting water for the floor heating system. If the main pipeline has problems, the operation of the entire heating system will be affected. Pay attention to the following points when installing the main pipe:
1. The installation of the main pipe must be carried out at the position indicated in the design drawing without error; (If it needs to be changed during actual installation, please note the change position of the supervisor on the drawing, provided that the designer agrees)
2. The supervisor must be insulated;
3. The main pipe shall be installed horizontally and vertically;
4. The main pipe shall be firmly fixed with pipe clamp;
5. The pressure test shall be carried out after the installation of the main pipe.
2、 Floor heating Water separator Installation of
The water separator is the heart of the floor heating system. It is used to evenly distribute and recover the water in each floor heating branch to achieve good system circulation. The water separator should be installed in the following ways:
1. The water distributor shall be installed horizontally;
2. Wipe the water separator after installation;
3. Pay attention to the connection of water supply and return;
4. The heating area of each circuit shall be marked after the installation of the water distributor.
3、 Floor heating Pipe lay
In the construction of floor heating, the laying of floor heating pipes is the top priority. The good or bad laying of floor heating pipes directly affects the heating effect of the floor heating system. If the installation is improper, the floor heating will be partially not hot or partially overheated. Therefore, attention should be paid to the construction according to the drawing when laying the floor heating pipes:
1. Conform to the design circuit
2. Pipe laying spacing shall conform to the design
3. If the actual laying length difference between pipeline circuits is more than 30 meters, it needs to be readjusted and notified to the installation company in time
4. Road and cold wall wall The distance between them is 100-150MM
5. Strictly eliminate pipeline crossing
6. The pipes on the ground connected to the water separator must be provided with insulating sleeves
4、 Laying of ground heating backfill layer
The floor heating backfill layer can also be called the heat storage layer. Improper construction of the floor heating backfill layer will not only affect the installation of ground decoration materials, but also damage the floor heating system. Pay attention to correct construction when backfilling the floor heating:
1. The fine aggregate concrete protective layer shall be laid and checked before laying Pressure gauge If the pressure of the pressure gauge is lower than 4MPA, construction is prohibited
2. Concrete mixing: it is strictly prohibited to mix concrete directly on the ground heating pipe. Wooden board or plastic board can be laid on the floor heating pipe. The floor heating coil shall not be exposed during construction. If the insulation strip at the wall edge falls off, the boundary insulation strip shall be reset
3. The ground elevation difference after concrete leveling is not more than 5mm.
4. When laying concrete, marks must be made at the entrance, passageway, floor drain and other locations to prevent damage to the floor heating pipeline due to improper behavior in later construction.
