Central drive mud scraper consists of rake frame, vertical shaft drive device and over torque device, among which:
1. The lower end of the vertical shaft extends into the mud bucket, and the lower shaft end is fastened with a mud scraper, which is used to scrape the accumulated mud in the mud bucket to make it discharged evenly.
2. The sedimentation tank is of concrete or steel structure. The bottom of the tank is slightly conical, and the middle of the tank bottom is a sludge bucket connected with a sludge pipe. The working bridge is concrete or steel structure. This equipment does not include the pool body and the working bridge. The user can solve the problem by himself. Our factory can design and manufacture the steel structure pool body and the working bridge on behalf of the user.
3. The rake frame consists of two large rakes and two small rakes in a cross shape, which is parallel to the pool bottom which is slightly conical. The rake frame is fixedly connected with the vertical shaft with crossheads. The bearing on the vertical shaft is a combination of radial and thrust bearings, which are lubricated with lubricating grease. Underwater sliding bearing , composed of nylon bushing, etc., lubricated with pressurized clean water.
4. The driving device is a three-stage vertical cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which is connected to the vertical shaft with a tooth embedded coupling. The reducer is fixed on the base of the working bridge. Over torque device is shearing pin , assembled in a chip mounted coupling. In case of over torque during operation, cut off the shear pin to protect the whole set mechanical equipment , not damaged.
