3. Bidding qualification requirements:
1) The bidder must have the independent legal person qualification of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding professional contracting qualification for project construction, and pass the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification or (OSHMS) occupational safety and health management system certification, The applicant must be an enterprise legal person or organization with independent legal personality;
2) The applicant must have a valid work safety license;
3) The applicant must have the business license and qualification grade certificate that passed the annual inspection of the previous year;
4) The applicant must provide relevant information about the project manager (the project manager must have relevant engineering construction experience), technical director and main technical personnel to be put into the project.
5) In the past three years, the applicant bidder has not cheated the bid and seriously breached the contract in domestic construction/electrical installation and other bidding activities, and has not involved in commercial bribery and other related violations, discipline violations and illegal acts;
6) . The applicant bidder has not had any major construction fatal accident in the past year, and has not had any fatal accident in half a year; No general construction quality accident occurred in the past three months, no major construction quality accident occurred in six months, and no major construction quality accident occurred in one year;

5. Interested potential bidders can submit or mail prequalification materials to the Tenderee at the following places. The time is from July 1, 2010 to July 9, 2010, from 8:30 to 16:00 every day (be sure to download the attached Excel form below this bidding announcement (documents in scanning, PDF and encrypted formats are not acceptable) and fill it out completely before sending an e-mail, which should be marked with "××× company bidding for Bayanwula Wind Power Project in Datang Ximeng Sunite Left Banner").
The prequalification materials shall be mailed in one copy and bound into a volume in the following order, including the following contents (in principle, manufacturers who have previously submitted qualification documents and other materials in the Datang New Energy Company project do not need to resubmit materials, just fill in the Excel form in the attachment and submit it with official seal):
(1) The original or notarized copy of the power of attorney of the legal representative (the operator needs to issue an ID card);
(2) Copy of business license of enterprise legal person;
(3) Copy of enterprise qualification certificate;
(4) Enterprise tax registration certificate;
(5) Organization code certificate;
(6) Pass the quality system certification;
(7) Certificates and certificates that can prove performance;
(8) A copy of the application form attached to this bidding announcement (bound in A4 paper);
(9) Project construction performance certificate;
(10) Brief introduction of the bidder.
If the information is incomplete, the Tenderee has the right to refuse to accept it.
