1.12 Contracting method:


The project adopts two bidding schemes:


The first bidding scheme is: the main structure of the steel structure shall be completed by the Bidder itself; the roof purlin, roof panel, shingle and wall panel materials of the enclosure structure shall be provided by the Bid Inviter and installed by the Bidder;


The second bidding scheme is: the steel used for steel structure shall be provided by the Bid Inviter, and the Bidder shall be responsible for production, transportation and installation; the roof purlin, roof panel, shingle and wall plate of enclosure structure shall be provided by the Bid Inviter, and the Bidder shall be responsible for installation


1.13 Contracting content:


Contracting content of the first bidding scheme:


1) Purchase, fabrication, transportation and installation of raw materials for steel structure system (including roof truss system);

Contracting content of the second bidding scheme:


1) The Bid Inviter of steel structure (including roof truss and gas tower) system shall purchase steel and deliver it to the Bidder's production site after review according to the material plan submitted by the Bidder, and the Bidder shall be responsible for the inspection and acceptance, setting out, production, transportation and installation of raw materials;

The above two bidding schemes do not provide the part provided by Party A, but all are provided by the Bidder.


2. Construction period requirements


2.1 The construction period of the project is required to be 200 days, of which the steel structure shall not exceed 90 days (including all the time for material preparation, processing drawing conversion, production, transportation, installation, holidays, rainy and snowy weather, etc.). The planned construction period is from December 15, 2018 to March 15, 2018.


2.2 The bid winner must sign a construction contract with the owner within one week after receiving the letter of acceptance


The project commencement date shall be calculated from the agreed commencement date of the contract signed by the bid winner. The completion date shall be subject to the date of acceptance by the Owner and relevant departments.


2.3. If the construction period is delayed due to the reasons of the winning bidder, the winning bidder shall be responsible for settlement for each day delayed

2.4. The Tenderee and the Supervisor shall be responsible for the delay of completion date caused by the following reasons

3. Quality requirements


3.1 The winning bidder must strictly follow the contract, bidding documents, Q&A Minutes, bid documents


Construction drawings (including design changes, drawing review minutes, technical disclosure documents) and other technical data, as well as the current national and local technologies, construction specifications, procedures, quality inspection and evaluation standards, and the construction organization design approved by the owner and other documents, shall be organized for construction.


3.2 The quality of the project must be qualified, and the acceptance quality of the divisional, sub divisional and overall project is unqualified,


The bid winner shall be responsible for repairing to the qualified level, and bear all economic losses caused thereby. If the construction period is affected, corresponding punishment shall be given.


4. Supply of materials, components and equipment


4.1 The first bidding scheme


4.1.1 The materials, components and equipment required for the project shall be purchased and supplied by the winning bidder. The specification, model, material, place of origin, quality grade, color, etc. must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and bidding documents, and the quality must comply with the national specifications, standards and bid commitments of the winning bidder.


4.1.2. Important materials (finished products and semi-finished products) during construction must be reported to the manufacturer in advance. After the owner organizes an inspection, the samples shall be submitted for inspection in advance according to relevant requirements before use.


4.1.3 The bidder's quotation must fully consider such factors as meeting the requirements of the bidding documents.


4.2 The second bidding scheme


4.2.1 The raw steel materials required for the project shall be provided by the Tenderee, and the winning bidder shall submit the material plan according to the drawing design, and organize the inspection and acceptance.


4.2.2 Important materials (finished products and semi-finished products) during construction must be reported to the manufacturer in advance, and can be used only after the owner organizes an inspection, and the samples are submitted for inspection in advance according to relevant requirements.


4.2.4 The bidder's quotation must fully consider such factors as meeting the requirements of the bidding documents.


5. Payment method


5.1 The first bidding method:


5.1.1 Pay 15% of the contract price for material preparation within three days after signing the contract;


5.1.2 The progress payment shall be paid at 50% of the completed amount every month;


5.1.3 70% of the contract price shall be paid when the steel structure is completed and accepted by Party A;

7. Project completion settlement


7.1 The total price of the project within the scope of bidding shall be the lump sum price determined through final business negotiation with the bid winner. When there is no design change or various visas during settlement, the lump sum price is the settlement price.


7.2. Settlement of design changes and increase or decrease of quantities of various certificates: if the original quotation has a comprehensive unit price, the settlement unit price shall be determined according to the existing comprehensive unit price combined with the preferential ratio between the total budget price and the final total quotation; If there is no comprehensive unit price in the quotation, the bidder shall propose an appropriate change price, which shall be used as the basis for settlement unit price after being reviewed and confirmed by the Tenderee according to the procedure.
