1. Bidding conditions

The infrastructure construction project of Tanghe Town for the construction of national cultural and natural heritage protection facilities in Jiangjin District of this bidding project has been approved for construction by JFGG [2014] 80. The tenderee of the project is the People's Government of Tanghe Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing. The source of funds: the central special fund supplement and self raised by the owner. This project has already met the bidding conditions. Now we are inviting public bidding for the construction of this project, and we hereby invite interested potential bidders to participate in bidding.

2.1 Project name: Tanghe Town Infrastructure Construction Project of National Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection Facilities in Jiangjin District

2.2 Project location: Tanghe Ancient Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing

2.3 Project scale and content: road improvement, new public toilets, sewage reconstruction, new footpaths, lighting and electrical, etc. See all contents contained in the construction design documents and bill of quantities for details. The project construction investment is about 3.31 million yuan.

2.4 Planned duration: 120 calendar days.

3. Qualification requirements of the Tenderer

3.1 This bidding is subject to post qualification review, and the bidder shall meet the following qualification conditions: the bidder must have the general contracting qualification of municipal public works of Grade III or above issued by the construction administrative department.

3.2 Performance requirements: construction performance of similar projects with construction and installation cost of at least one single project of 3.3 million yuan or more since January 2013 and after completion acceptance.
