1. The interior and exterior decoration and reconstruction project of Egret Lake Villa of Huai'an Qinghe New Area Investment Development Co., Ltd. has been approved for construction. The fund required for the project is self raised and has been implemented. Qualified potential bidders are invited to participate in the bidding application of the project. The qualification examination method of the project is post qualification.

2. Jiangsu Jingtian Weidi Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. is entrusted by the Tenderee to be specifically responsible for the bidding of this project.

3. Project overview:

(2) Project location: south of Shuidukou Avenue and west of Qinglonghu Road, Qinghe New District, Huai'an City

(3) Planned duration: 45 calendar days

(4) Bidding content: interior and exterior decoration and reconstruction project of Egret Lake Villa (see all contents included in the construction drawings and relevant technical data, bill of quantities, current national construction specifications and technical standards, etc. provided by the Tenderee for details).

(5) Quality requirements: acceptable

(6) Payment method: 30% of the contract price will be paid when 50% of the quantities are completed, 70% of the contract price will be paid after the completion acceptance is qualified, 95% of the audit price will be paid within one month after the audit is completed, and the remaining 5% will be used as the quality guarantee deposit. The warranty period is two years. After the expiration of the warranty period, there will be no quality problems, and the balance will be paid off in a lump sum (without interest).

(3) The enterprise has not been suspended from bidding by the relevant departments and is within the period of suspension due to fraud in winning the bid or serious breach of contract, as well as major project quality, safety production accidents and other issues (truthfully providing a letter of commitment);

(4) The type and level of qualification that the applicant should have: Grade II or above qualification for professional contracting of building decoration engineering or Grade II or above qualification for integration of design and construction of building decoration engineering (provide valid qualification certificates);

(5) The qualification type and grade of the proposed project leader: registered constructor with Grade II or above in the housing construction engineering discipline, and must obtain the safety production assessment certificate (Class B) (provide relevant supporting materials);

(6) The project manager of the bid applicant must meet one of the following requirements:

① The project leader has no project under construction without change. (The project leader shall provide the letter of commitment, and the project leader shall sign and affix the official seal of the unit);

② The project leader has no project under construction after the change, and the original contract period has expired and the date of change filing has reached 6 months; Or, the project has been suspended for more than 120 days due to reasons other than the contractor, and the change formalities of project leader have been handled with the consent of the construction unit. (Provide certification materials that meet the requirements);

③ The project leader has projects under construction, but the projects under construction and the bidding project belong to the same project, the same project approval document, and the same construction site. (Provide the Letter of Acceptance, Construction Contract and other supporting materials);

The bidder must enter the following materials in Huai'an City Bidding Trading Center before the deadline for bid submission: business license, qualification certificate, registered constructor qualification of project leader, Work Safety Assessment Certificate (Class B), labor contract and endowment insurance payment certificate of project leader and entrusted agent, If it is not entered or the electronic bidding document cannot be linked to the enterprise integrity database, it will not be recognized. All materials required for qualification review must be stamped and color scanned and uploaded to the electronic bidding documents by the bidder before the deadline for bid submission. 9. Time and method of registration: the starting time of the issuance of the bidding documents is the same as the time of the public release of the bidding announcement.
