1. Bidding conditions

The construction of this bidding project has been approved by the Water Affairs Bureau of Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in Xiushan Water Affairs Fa [2016] No. 18 document. The owner of the project is Chongqing Changxing Water Resources and Hydropower Co., Ltd. The construction funds are from self raised funds, The project owner Chongqing Changxing Water Resources and Hydropower Co., Ltd. entrusted Chongqing Hongyu Water Resources Consulting Co., Ltd. as the bidding agent. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the construction of the project is subject to public bidding.

2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

2.1 Project overview: Aikou Reservoir is located in Aikou Town, Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County, Chongqing, at the upstream of Pingjiang River, the third level tributary of Yuanjiang River system, 30km away from Xiushan County, with a catchment area of 101.3km? Above the dam site?, The reservoir capacity is 35.8 million m?.

2.2 Scope of bidding: Complete the project of Xiushan Aikou Reservoir Headworks Hydropower Station (including: ① procurement of hydropower station water turbine generator unit and its auxiliary equipment; ② procurement of electrical equipment; ③ installation of power station civil works and electromechanical equipment). The Technical Documents, bill of quantities and drawings shall prevail. The project investment is about 12 million yuan.

2.3 The project is divided into 1 section;

2.5 The total planned construction period is 12 months.

3. Qualification and performance requirements of the Tenderer

3.1 The bidder is required to have: independent legal person, general contracting level II or above qualification for water conservancy and hydropower projects, similar project performance, and corresponding construction ability in personnel, equipment, funds, etc.

3.2 Consortium bidding is not accepted in this bidding.

3.3 Post qualification review is carried out in this bidding. See the pre attached table of Instructions to Bidders for specific requirements of qualification review. The bidding documents of the bidders who fail to pass the post qualification examination will be treated as abandoned bids.

4. Acquisition of Bidding Documents

4.1 Anyone who intends to participate in the bidding, please log on the "Chongqing Engineering Construction Bidding Trading Information Network (www.cpcb. com. cn)" to download the bidding documents, drawings, Q&A supplements and other materials of the project from November 3, 2016.

4.2 The price of the bidding documents is 1000 yuan, which is collected by the bidding agency when the bidding documents are submitted, and is non refundable after sales. The bid documents that have not paid for the bidding documents will be rejected.

4.3 If you have any questions, please raise them in the column of "Project Answers" on Chongqing Engineering Construction Bidding Trading Information Network (www.cpcb. com. cn) before 14:00 on November 7, 2016. If the time limit is exceeded, the Tenderee will no longer accept the bidding questions.

4.4. From the release of this bidding announcement to the deadline for submission of bids, all bidders should pay attention to the relevant amendments or supplements to this bidding project on Chongqing Engineering Construction Bidding Trading Information Network (www.cpcb. com. cn) at any time. No matter whether the Tenderer downloads or not, the Tenderee shall be deemed that the Tenderer has received the above information and is fully aware of relevant matters, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the Tenderer.

5.2 The tenderee will not accept the tender documents delivered late or not delivered to the designated place.
