1. Bidding conditions

Fengdu County Development and Reform Commission has approved the construction of Fengdu County Mingshan Scenic Spot Tourism Infrastructure Construction - Mingshan Featured Walking Path (including the reconstruction of the north bank riverside code path) project with the approval of Fengdu County Development and Reform Commission in the number of [2015] 548. The owner of the project is Chongqing Fengdu Mingshan Tourism (Group) Co., Ltd. The construction capital is from the state-owned, and the project contribution ratio is 100%, The Tenderee is Chongqing Fengdu Mingshan Tourism (Group) Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the construction of the project is subject to public bidding.

2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

2.1 Project name: Fengdu County Mingshan Scenic Spot Tourism Infrastructure Construction - Mingshan Featured Walking Path (including the reconstruction of the north bank riverside code path) Project

2.2 Project location: Mingshan Scenic Spot in Fengdu County

2.3 Construction content: environmental improvement, gardens, environmental improvement along Binjiang Road, civil works in the scenic spot, public toilets, street lamps

2.4 Project investment: about 10 million yuan.

2.5 Construction period: 180 calendar days.

2.6 Scope of bidding: all contents included in the construction drawing design, drawing description and bill of quantities (specific contents specified in the bill of quantities shall prevail)

3. Qualification requirements of the Tenderer

3.1 This bidding requires that the bidder must have the qualification above Grade II (including Grade II) for general contracting of municipal public works construction, and have the corresponding construction capacity in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.

3.2 If the legal representative of two or more bidders is the same person, the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company shall not submit bids in the same project at the same time;

3.3 Consortium bidding is not accepted in this bidding.

4. Acquisition of Bidding Documents

4.1 Those who intend to participate in the bidding, please start from November 3, 2016 on the Public Resources Trading Network of Fengdu County, Chongqing（ http://www.fdggzy.cn/ ）Download the bidding documents, drawings, Q&A and addenda, ceiling price and other bidding materials of the project. From the date of release of the bidding announcement, all bidders shall pay attention to all materials related to the bidding of the project published on the Public Resources Trading Network of Fengdu County, Chongqing at any time. Whether they download or not, all bidders will be deemed to have full knowledge of all the bidding processes and issues of the project.

5. Submission of Tender Documents

5.1 The deadline for submission of bid documents (the deadline for submission of bids, the same below) is 9:30 on November 24, 2016, located in Fengdu County Public Resources Trading Center.

5.2 The tenderee will not accept the tender documents delivered late or not delivered to the designated place.
