1. Bidding conditions

The decoration and reconstruction project of the business building of the Xiaolongkan Community Health Service Center of this bidding project has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Shapingba District in the document of Sofa Gai [2016] 309. The project owner is the Xiaolongkan Community Health Service Center of Shapingba District, Chongqing. The construction fund comes from the special financial fund, and the project contribution ratio is 100%, The Tenderee is Chongqing Shapingba District Xiaolongkan Community Health Service Center. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the construction of the project is subject to public bidding.

2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

2.1 Project overview: This project is a housing decoration and reconstruction project, with a total construction area of about 2400 m2, including indoor and outdoor decoration, water and electricity installation, indoor fire-fighting facilities installation and other projects. The total investment is about 2.4 million yuan.

2.2 Scope of bidding: including decoration, water and electricity engineering, fire protection installation, etc. (see the construction drawings and bill of quantities provided by the Tenderee for details).

2.3 Project address: Floor 2, No. 4, Xiaolongkan Main Street, Shapingba District.

2.4 Planned duration: 4 months.

3. Qualification requirements of the Tenderer

3.1 This bidding requires that the bidder must have the Grade II or above qualification for professional contracting of building decoration engineering issued by the construction administrative department, and have the corresponding construction ability in personnel, equipment, funds, etc. The construction enterprises outside Chongqing must meet the requirements of YJF [2016] No. 22 Document "Management Measures for Information Submission of Construction Enterprises outside Chongqing".

3.2 Consortium bidding is not accepted in this bidding.

3.3 Each bidder can submit a bid for/of the above bid sections.

4. Acquisition of Bidding Documents

5. Submission of Tender Documents
