1. Bidding conditions

The reconstruction and expansion project of Wuqiao Junior Middle School of this bidding project has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Wanzhou District of Chongqing with the document of Wanzhou Development and Reform Commission [2016] No. 44. The tenderee is Wuqiao Junior Middle School of Wanzhou District of Chongqing. The construction funds come from the central government's "comprehensive thinning", counterpart support and other funds in 2015-2017. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the project is subject to public bidding.

2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

2.1 Construction site: 548 Wanchuan Avenue

2.2 Project scale: The total construction area of the project is 7429.24 ㎡, including 3343.20 ㎡ for the experimental complex building and 4086.04 ㎡ for the student dormitory building. The supporting facilities for the new school site and tomb relocation, site leveling, retaining wall, enclosure, campus road reconstruction and expansion and other related ancillary works are improved, with a total investment of about 25.33 million yuan.

2.3 Planned duration: 360 calendar days

2.4 Scope of bidding: foundation works, main works, preliminary decoration, exterior wall decoration, water supply and drainage installation, fire fighting facilities installation, slope and ancillary works included in the construction design drawings (see the bill of quantities for details).

3. Qualification requirements of the Tenderer

3.1 This bidding is subject to post qualification, and the bidder shall meet the following qualification conditions:

It is required that the bidder must have the third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the construction administrative department, and have the corresponding construction ability in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.

3.2 Consortium bidding is not accepted in this bidding.
