1. Bidding conditions



Donglin Yarun (Chenjiaqiao Town Demolition and Resettlement Housing Phase IV) Project has been filed by Chongqing Shapingba District Development and Reform Commission with the project code of 311106K72119045. The source of construction funds: self raised funds by the owner. The funds have been implemented. The tenderee of this project is Chongqing Shapingba District Real Estate Development Corporation. The project has met the bidding conditions. The procurement and installation of 4 # escalator equipment of the project are now subject to public bidding.



2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope



2.1 Project overview: Donglin Yarun (Phase IV of resettlement housing in Chenjiaqiao Town) is located in Chenjiaqiao Village, Chenjiaqiao Town, Shapingba District (K-A3-1, K standard zone of Xiyong Group, Chenjiaqiao, University Town). This bidding involves 4 escalators.



2.2 Project investment: 1.1 million yuan temporarily.



2.2 Scope of bidding: elevator procurement and installation works. Including elevator design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance within the warranty period) and training. See the bidding documents for details.



2.3 Production cycle: 60 calendar days, installation cycle: 45 calendar days. The specific time for production scheduling, delivery, and mobilization and installation shall be notified by the Tenderee.



3. Qualification requirements of the Tenderer



3.1 Special emphasis: From March 1, 2015, the qualification requirements of bidders in the bidding documents must be in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Qualification of Construction Enterprises (Order No. 22 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development) and the Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Printing and Distributing the Regulations on the Administration of Qualification of Construction Enterprises (JS [2014] No. 159) And the Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Printing and Distributing the Regulations on the Administration of Qualification of Construction Enterprises and the Opinions on the Implementation of Qualification Standards (JS [2015] No. 20). The transition period is from the implementation date of the Regulations on the Administration of Construction Enterprise Qualifications to December 31, 2016. According to the provisions of JS [2015] No. 20 Document, during the transition period, enterprises that have obtained the qualification of construction enterprises according to the original standard will, in principle, undertake projects according to the scope of contracting projects of the corresponding qualification category and level in the Standard. Those who have not obtained the corresponding qualification according to the new standard can use the corresponding qualification in the Standard to participate in the bidding of this project.



3.2 The Tenderer of this project must have a manufacturer with elevator manufacturing and installation qualification. The Tenderer shall meet the following qualification conditions:



(1) Having a valid Business License for Enterprise Legal Person issued by the industrial and commercial administration department, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan (or equivalent foreign currency) or more;



(2) Have a valid Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine [level: escalator B and above];



(3) With the License of the People's Republic of China for Installation, Transformation and Maintenance of Special Equipment (Class A qualification for installation, transformation and maintenance) issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China;



(4) Have a valid Organization Code Certificate issued by the quality and technical supervision department; Having the Certificate of Tax Registration issued by the competent tax authority;



(5) With valid ISO9001 quality management system certification.



3.3 The consortium bid and the agent bid will not be accepted.
