?? 5、 Supplier conditions

?? (1) Suppliers conforming to Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law:

?? (2) The supplier has independent legal personality, and provides copies of business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (only business license is required for three certificates in one), work safety license and other supporting materials;

?? (3) Financial status: ① Provide financial statements audited by accounting firms or audit institutions in recent three years (2013, 2014, 2015); ② No loss occurred in 2013, 2014 and 2015; (Financial audit report submitted by the newly established company to date)

?? (4) Having IS09001 quality management system certification and IS014001 environmental management system certification;

?? (5) The supplier shall have the ability to carry out preliminary design and content design for the design scheme; Have the production capacity of metal, stone and paint processing, production and installation;

?? (6) The supplier has undertaken at least three similar cultural projects in recent three years;

?? (7) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this bidding project.

Qualified suppliers shall carry business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (only business license is required for the three in one business license) (if an enterprise handles the three in one business license with a unified social credit code, only a copy of business license is required), work safety license, and performance certification materials for at least three similar cultural projects in the past three years The power of attorney of the legal person and the ID card of the entrusted person (the original of all the above materials and a set of corresponding copies with official seal) were purchased from Hubei Huake Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.
