1、 Language of Bid The bid submitted by the bidder and all correspondence between the bidder and the buyer regarding the bid shall be written in the language specified in the "Bid Data Sheet". The printed documents of the supporting documents submitted by the bidder may be in another language, but the corresponding contents shall be accompanied by a translation in the language specified in the "Bid Data Sheet". In the interpretation of the bid, the translation shall prevail.
　　
2、 The bid prepared by the bidder shall include the following parts: (1) Form of Bid Letter and Bid Price Schedule filled in accordance with ITB Clauses 10, 11 and 12; (2) The qualification certificate issued in accordance with Clause 13 of the Instructions to Bidders shall prove that the bidder is qualified and is able to perform the contract after winning the bid. (3) Documentary evidence issued in accordance with Clause 14, certifying that the goods and ancillary services provided by the bidder are qualified goods and services and comply with the bidding documents; (4) Bid security submitted in accordance with Article 15.
　　
3、 Format of Letter of Bid (1) The bidder shall completely fill in the format of letter of bid and the bid quotation sheet provided in the bidding document, and describe the goods provided, their brief introduction, source, quantity and price. (2) In order to give domestic preference, bids will be divided into the following three categories: Group A: the goods provided in the bid are manufactured in the buyer's country, of which (i) the cost of labor, raw materials and components from the buyer's country accounts for more than thirty percent (30%) of the factory price; (ii) The production facilities for manufacturing and assembling such goods have started to manufacture or assemble such goods at least since the date of submission of the tender. Group B: All other Bid for supply from the Buyer's home country. Group C: provide foreign goods to be imported directly by the Buyer from abroad or through the Seller's local agent. 4、 In order to facilitate the Buyer to carry out the above classification, the bidder shall fill in the bid price list of the corresponding group provided in the bidding document. If the bid price list filled by the bidder is not the bid price list of the corresponding group, its bid will not be rejected, but the Buyer will put its bid into the corresponding group.
