How to seize this opportunity to develop ourselves is to improve and stabilize product quality and standardize the market. If these two points are handled well, the market prospect of bamboo plywood formwork should be very broad and far-reaching.

1 New product development and application status

Our factory is one of the earliest enterprises to research and develop bamboo plywood formwork in the country. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the construction industry, we will comprehensively improve our ability to participate in market competition. After nearly 20 years of development, three series of bamboo glue formwork production systems have been formed, namely, plain formwork, mid-range covered formwork and high-grade double faced bamboo glue clear water formwork. The enterprise has passed the ISO9002-94 quality system certification and product quality certification. Glass Steel (plastic) film and other cladding materials and technologies have been successfully applied in the development of bamboo plywood series products; Self made bamboo strip processing machine and automatic weaving machine for bamboo curtain, create a raw material machining base, unify the materials used in the production of medium and high grade products, and solve the problems of large thickness error of bamboo plywood, concave or pitted board surface, etc. The surface smoothness, flatness, surface abrasion resistance and weather aging resistance of bamboo plywood formwork are improved. Products are divided into high, medium and low grades to meet the needs of different customers and projects; The high-grade bamboo double faced bamboo glue clear faced formwork, which is assembled in one time, meets and adapts to the needs of the construction of the clear faced concrete project, so the product has been widely used in the construction and is welcomed by the market. The overall situation is good. However, from the information analysis of customer and market feedback, the following problems still exist in the development and need to be studied and discussed.

2 Questions

(1) Although we invested a lot of money to implement the mechanized processing of raw materials and eliminate the problem of large thickness error of bamboo plywood, some users put forward higher requirements for thickness tolerance than the industry standards, and the price is very low. The comprehensive pressure of new product development on manufacturers is too great, and the quality is difficult to be proportional to the price.

(2) Some enterprises without basic production conditions hit the market with low-quality products at low prices, seriously affecting the reputation of bamboo plywood formwork, leading to mutual price pressure in the same industry, which is extremely detrimental to the healthy and orderly development of bamboo plywood formwork industry.

(3) There are only a few manufacturers in China that really have the strength of research, production and comprehensive development. In these few manufacturers, they closed each other, repeatedly developed and invested, resulting in waste of human and material resources, and also delayed the process of "bamboo plywood formwork" catching up with the international advanced formwork.

(4) At present, the bamboo plywood formwork market is in chaos. On the one hand, the import of timber has increased. A large number of timber harvested through illegal channels has been labeled as imported timber. Wood plywood formwork still occupies the market with high market share and low price. It seriously interferes with the real implementation of the "six major forestry projects" approved by the State Council, and the development, promotion and application of other new materials and new forms that can replace wood plywood formwork. (5) Plywood formwork production and market lack of effective industry supervision measures.



3. Development suggestions

In order to give full play to the advantages of the Association and member units, make the scale production and product quality of bamboo plywood formwork in China catch up with the international advanced level, make bamboo plywood better replace wood, meet the needs of China's construction industry, and go abroad door And enter the international market. The suggestions are as follows:

(1) Give full play to the advantages of the industry, strengthen the cooperation with the construction industry, organize major manufacturers to carry out technical exchanges and cooperation, and accelerate the pace of catching up with the international advanced level of bamboo plywood formwork;

(2) Strengthen product quality supervision, standardize market behavior, unify and coordinate actions, crack down on quality counterfeits, safeguard the reputation of bamboo plywood industry and the interests of users, and ensure high quality and good price;

(3) Accelerated bamboo glue board The mechanization process of material processing, research and develop the application of physical and chemical processing methods in bamboo processing and product production; (4) Organize the representatives present to discuss the production standards of bamboo plywood formwork, mechanized processing of raw materials, product prices, unfair competition and other issues, reach a consensus, form a code of practice, and jointly abide by it. The Association supervises: sanction and ban manufacturers that do not have basic production conditions and disrupt the market with low prices;

(5) Organize major enterprises to jointly bid for international competition after China's entry into WTO; Poor production conditions, poor product quality, shoddy products and low prices pin Exposure and relevant sanctions will be given to the manufacturers who sell them;

(6) The association reflects and appeals to the State Forestry Administration and relevant departments to further strengthen the monitoring of timber resources and provide policy and financial support for the comprehensive utilization of bamboo resources. Because the cultivation of bamboo forests in the bamboo producing areas is less investment than the construction of "fast-growing and high-yield timber forest base", which is beneficial to ecology and environmental protection;

(7) Communicate and negotiate with the Ministry of Construction to conduct industry quality certification for plywood formwork entering the construction industry and standardize the formwork market.
