Product use:
The water-based asphalt paint can be used as the coating for corrosion prevention of concrete and steel structures and protection of instruments and equipment in the humid zone or chemical environment. The paint is widely used for anti-corrosion and leakage prevention of underwater steel structures and cement components, and protection of underground pipelines and water tanks under gas storage tanks; All kinds of mechanical anti-corrosion in coastal areas and salt farms in high-temperature areas; Corrosion prevention of internal and external walls of chemical and other pipelines. It is also applicable to the substrate surface in humid environment or construction environment all the year round and the parts with high toughness required for coating film.
Product features:
The water-based asphalt coating has strong adhesion, high film toughness, excellent water resistance, moisture resistance, good acid resistance, alkali resistance and chemical resistance.
Construction description:
• Surface treatment: before coating, the coated objects shall be subject to necessary pretreatment such as oil removal, rust removal and dirt removal according to national or industrial standards;
• Air spraying is recommended to obtain a uniform and good coating film. Roller coating and brush coating can also be used for construction;
• Before using the product, please mix it well to prevent local color difference. The construction interval of each layer shall not be less than 2 hours. There is no requirement for larger intervals;
• In the construction process, if it is necessary to reduce the viscosity, add an appropriate amount of clean water for dilution. Do not add too much water. We recommend that the amount of water added should be less than 10%, and the principle of small amount and multiple times should be followed when thinning;
• Construction temperature ≥ 5 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%. For special construction environment requirements, such as high humidity environment with temperature below 5 ℃ or above 85%, the manufacturer can be contacted to specially allocate products according to special circumstances.

matters needing attention:
• The remaining paint shall be stored separately, and the PH value shall be maintained at 7.5~8.5 when it is used again;
• At the end of construction, all appliances shall be immediately washed with clean water to prevent drying;
• This product is a water-based environmental protection coating, but we are still responsible for reminding: please try to avoid inhaling paint mist; If the paint is splashed on the surface, it shall be washed immediately with appropriate detergent, soap and water; In case of splashing into eyes, please wash with clean water and seek medical advice.
