It can effectively reduce the emission of NOx and particulates in the tail of the vehicle and reduce fuel consumption. In order to meet the requirements of the national IV emission standard, vehicles using SCR exhaust control technology must add urea solution as a catalytic reducing agent to ensure that vehicle exhaust emissions meet the standards. At present, SCR exhaust control technology is mostly used in heavy diesel vehicles that meet the national IV emission standard in China.
The more important part of the SCR converter is the vehicle urea solution. Before it enters the SCR converter, the scorching exhaust gas will be converted into the ammonia, which will react with the NOx in the catalytic converter to convert into nitrogen and water, reducing the emissions of nitrogen oxides and particles.

1、 Project Overview

When the exhaust gas is discharged from the engine, it will arrive at the SCR catalytic converter together with the exhaust gas, and then convert the nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water, thus greatly reducing the exhaust gas emissions. Urea is generally called Adblue or DEF in foreign countries. Diesel vehicles equipped with Adblue have a separate container for storage. At present, SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology has become the preferred technology in the national IV standard for diesel engines. Domestic engine manufacturers have begun to use SCR technology to meet environmental requirements.
2、 Production process flow:
The scientific name of automotive urea (automotive urea, automotive urea fluid) is diesel engine exhaust treatment fluid. Used in diesel engines. It is a consumable that must be used in SCR technology to reduce the nitrogen oxide pollution in diesel vehicle exhaust. Its composition is 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% deionized water.

System description:
This production line is composed of premixing system, primary filtration system, homogenization system, decolorization system, purification system, etc. This operation mode is currently the advanced and mature production process of vehicle urea in China, and has entered the stage of large-scale industrial production.
1） Primary filtration and decolorization system: remove suspended solids and other floating impurities in urea to ensure that the next process is not affected. The decolorization system uses high-quality activated carbon for adsorption decolorization to remove impurities in other agricultural production systems in urea, making the urea solution clearer.
2） Fine filtration system: prevent the activated carbon particles in the decoloring system from entering the next treatment process, which will affect the quality of the next product.
3） Purification system: multistage purification tower is used to remove various ions, biuret, phosphate and other impurities in urea solution, so as to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the technical specification SAE-China J2901-2013 Technical Specification for Urea Solution for Vehicles.
4） Microfiltration system: intercepts some invisible residual impurities that may be produced by pipes, storage tanks, power equipment, etc. in the production process, so as to ensure stable and reliable quality of finished products.
5） Reduction and renewal system: the purification tower gradually fails in the process of production, and it needs reduction and renewal treatment after reaching a certain period, which takes 6-8 hours. The repeated use of the purification tower after reduction and renewal treatment can fully meet the requirements of the original production process. In each renewal cycle, 2 tons of wastewater will be produced, which does not contain other heavy metals, mainly because the PH value does not meet the requirements. After neutralization adjustment, it can reach the environmental protection emission standard.
