Product features: This product is a two-component waterproof slurry. The powder is composed of high-quality cement, carefully selected graded quartz sand and unique high molecular polymer. The additive is polymer emulsion. After mixing, it is painted on the cement base material, forming an integral part with the base material to block the passage of water from all aspects. It is different from the traditional waterproof coating in that its waterproof function not only depends on the surface coating, but mainly forms crystals in its penetration into the substrate. At the same time, it is flexible, able to cover small cracks, resist slight deformation, resist high hydrostatic pressure, and effectively waterproof both the upstream and downstream.
Scope of application: 1. It is applicable to the waterproof and moisture-proof of concealed works such as kitchen, toilet, internal and external walls, balcony, basement, swimming pool, retaining wall, industrial plant, tunnel, drinking water storage tank, etc., and it is applied to the gaps of ceramic tiles and cracks of external walls to block water seepage.
Base surface treatment: the base material must be solid and flat, and the surface must be clean and free of dust, oil stain, falling objects and other debris. Obvious pores and sand holes shall be blocked and smoothed with cement mortar, and sharp edges shall be removed. The base surface shall be pre wetted and naturally dried until there is no water.
Usage guide: Pour the slurry into a clean container, and then slowly add the powder while stirring in proportion. Use an electric mixer to fully mix for 3-5 minutes until there is no powder or precipitated uniform slurry. Wait for 5-10 minutes and then mix again before use. In order to prevent sedimentation, it is necessary to keep stirring intermittently during operation, and the mixed mortar will be used up in about 1-2 hours. Evenly cross brush the adhesive paste on the wet substrate without water accumulation. According to the use requirements, paint more than 2 layers. Wait until it is slightly dry (just not sticky) before brushing the second layer. The brushing direction of the second layer should be perpendicular to the front layer to achieve better coverage effect.
Precautions: The waterproof layer can be used as other covering layers only after it is completely dry and fixed. It cannot be used below 5 degrees or in a humid and unventilated environment, otherwise the film forming effect will be affected.
