5、 Exhibition procedures
1. Exhibitors shall sign an exhibition contract with the organizer, sign and seal it, and then fax or mail it to the organizer.
2. The organizer will arrange the booth according to the principle of "signing contract, payment and confirmation".
3. The exhibitor will fax the certificate of telegraphic transfer to the organizer, who will send the Exhibitor Manual and the Confirmation of Entry within months of the exhibition, and report to the exhibition hall with the Confirmation of Entry, and the exhibition card.
4. The registration deadline is January 20, 2024. The organizer reserves the right to adjust some booths.
