Construction, transportation and storage:
1. Preparation of construction tools: Before construction, the mixing bucket, spraying machine or special bristle brush shall be prepared.
2. Base course requirements: the strength of bridge deck and beam concrete shall reach the design mark, and the surface shall be free of loose laitance, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking. The surface flatness shall meet the requirements of bridge specifications. The elevation of the upper opening of the vertical drainage pipe shall be lower than the elevation of the base layer. The drainage outlet must be firmly installed with the base layer without any looseness.
3. The base course shall be clean, dry and free from ponding.
4. Base course treatment: the base surface shall be free of dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc. Before the waterproof layer is made, the surface can be cleaned by air compressor, water purification, degreasing agent, etc. If there are hard sundries such as concrete and mortar, they should be polished off.
5. Construction steps of waterproof layer: (take three coats as an example)
1) The barreled coating shall be stirred evenly before painting.
2) Before large-area painting, use a small brush to paint the leak twice, and apply waterproof paint three times on the internal corners, and then brush the previous paint on a large area.
3) The second coating can be applied after the previous coating is dried.
4) The second coat of paint shall be applied after the surface is dry.
6. Coating amount: 0.5-1.0kg/m2, coating film thickness is generally 0.6~1.3 mm, and spraying is 0.3 kg/m2.
7. The construction temperature should be 0~35 ℃, and it is not suitable for construction in rainy days and freezing periods.
8. The packaged products are packed in iron drums with lids, each weighing 200kg and 50kg
9. Transportation: The product is harmless and nonflammable, and can be transported by general transportation methods.
10. Storage: The storage period of the product is 6 months, and it should be stored in a warehouse above 0 ℃. In summer, it should be protected from sunlight.
