(1) The positioning device of copper waterstop strip must be inspected and approved by the Supervisor before concrete pouring.
(2) The welding quality of copper strip water stop joint must be inspected. If the Supervisor thinks it necessary, oil leakage inspection must be carried out, and the oil stain shall be cleaned after it is qualified.
(3) The formwork shall be erected firmly, and the formwork on both sides of the waterstop shall be supported in "Q" shape or other supporting structures to avoid dislocation and slurry leakage due to formwork deformation.
(4) The whole special formwork shall be used at the copper waterstop to ensure that the waterstop is firmly positioned and there is no leakage at the joints.
(5) During the pouring process, large aggregates shall be prevented from gathering at the waterstop (strip), and carefully vibrated to ensure that the concrete at the joint of waterstop (strip) is dense.
(6) Reasonably arrange the pouring and vibrating procedures, and pay attention to avoid concentrated bleeding at the waterstop (strip).
(7) In the process of concrete pouring, the Contractor shall arrange special personnel to patrol and manage. The Supervisor shall strengthen the inspection of the waterstop, and instruct the Contractor to correct in time if deviation is found.
(8) Attention shall be paid to the backfilling of the concrete under the copper waterstop (strip), and the oblique insertion shall be reasonably adopted
