matters needing attention
● This putty is made of alkaline material, with a PH value of about 12, so it has good mildew resistance, but it should be prevented from splashing into eyes during construction. If the putty is accidentally splashed into the eyes, please wash it with plenty of water immediately. If the putty is slightly splashed, it is generally not harmful. If it is serious, you need to see a doctor
● Because the colored emulsion paint is sensitive to the alkaline base course, the putty surface needs to be painted with two coats of sealing alkali resistant primer before the colored emulsion paint is painted, to avoid the phenomenon of latex paint blooming, at the same time, it can also improve the film fullness and reduce the amount of emulsion paint
● This putty has high strength, and is generally required to be scraped on walls with high strength such as cement mortar, cement mixed mortar, lime mortar, gypsum mortar, paper reinforced mortar, etc. It shall not be scraped on the wall surface with low strength and easy to remove powder by hand, such as the white putty surface that is easy to remove powder, or it shall be removed in advance
● No material other than clean water can be added to the putty. The indoor construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃ within 24h. Negative temperature construction is strictly prohibited
● The mixed putty shall be protected from exposure to the sun and fire. Stir when used, use up within 3h, do not add water again if it is better
● The total thickness of putty shall not exceed 2mm generally. If it exceeds 2mm, it shall be scraped in three batches at least. One batch scraping is too thick and prone to dry shrinkage cracking
● If there are serious cracks or a large number of cracks on the wall, Guoyun repair mortar can be used to repair and then apply putty. The effect is more ideal
