1. Introduction to grouting materials

2. Material characteristics
This material is made of two kinds of materials. According to different proportions, the setting time of slurry is different and it is elastic. This method eliminates the traditional polyurethane grouting process and has a long warranty period.
(1) This material has good hydrophilicity, and it penetrates and diffuses upstream along the incoming water channel, consolidates with surrounding concrete, sand, soil, etc., and rapidly hardens to form an impermeable consolidation layer, which has been widely used to block water inrush under high pressure and prevent water flowing and water seepage in the foundation.
(2) This material has a large cohesive force with concrete and soil particles, and can produce highly elastic consolidation body, so it can fully adapt to the deformation of foundation or other base courses, making it difficult to find the initial strength of reinforcement due to cracks and collapses.
(3) In the structure with water, the slurry will not be washed away. In the reaction process, the effective consolidation area is rapidly enlarged due to the diffusion of gas, and a much larger consolidation body can be obtained than other types of slurry.
(4) According to the different needs of the project, the viscosity of the grouting fluid can be adjusted. For concrete projects, such as basement, circulating water pool and other small cracks, the grout can quickly penetrate after grouting, forming a firm bond and strong impermeability.
(5) The curing speed of slurry can be adjusted according to the construction needs.
(6) Single grouting equipment is used during construction, which is easy to clean, simple and feasible, and low in comprehensive cost.

5、 Construction process and key points
1. Construction process of leakage plugging at the sewage pool location: determine the leakage location of the sewage pool foundation pit → clean the leakage base surface → chisel the "V" groove quick plugging agent to embed the grouting pipe, draw the rod to form a cavity → install the grouting nozzle → inject macromolecule nano slurry under high pressure → observe → repair leakage → remove the grouting nozzle → slot hole repair → apply glue → paste → check → acceptance
2. Key points of construction
(1) Clean the leaking part of sewage pool and chisel "V" groove
(2) The grouting pipe shall be embedded with quick plugging agent, and the spacing shall be determined according to the actual situation, generally about 1m.
(3) Use the high-pressure grouting pump to inject the water-soluble macromolecule nano leak stopping agent into the expansion joint and concrete void joint from the grouting pipe until it cannot be pressed (injection rate ≤ 0.011/min), then close the valve, and cut (remove) the grouting nozzle after the grout has solidified.
(4) Clean equipment and tools with solvent after grouting.
3. High pressure grouting method

6、 Precautions
1. Construction precautions
(1) During grouting, the grouting pipe tip shall be buried reasonably, and the pressure shall be closely watched to prevent explosion.
(2) Operators shall wear glasses, masks, gloves and other labor protection appliances.
2. Precautions for the storage of polymer grouting materials:
(1) Polymer grouting materials shall be sealed and stored in a cold and dark warehouse, and shall be kept by a specially assigned person. The keeper shall be familiar with the properties of the materials.
(2) Containers containing materials shall be clearly labeled and stored by category.
7、 Quality assurance measures
1. The quality of materials shall be strictly controlled. The polymer grouting materials used shall be provided with product certificates and instructions. The construction can only be carried out after passing the on-site sampling and retest. Fake and inferior products shall not be used.
2. Strictly follow the operating procedures and technical specifications, and do not cut corners during construction.
3. Adhere to the inspection and acceptance system, and adhere to self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection.
