Large cracks and large water flow lead to large hole spacing, while small cracks lead to small hole spacing.

Perforating: manual and mechanical methods are adopted according to the construction conditions. Generally, manual and mechanical methods are used together.

Embed grouting nozzle: Embed grouting holes at the intersection of cracks, the wider part, and the end crack penetration. Embedding distance: 300~500mm for short joints; The long seam is 500~800mm. When embedding, first apply a layer of structural glue about 2mm thick at the bottom of the grouting nozzle to paste the grout inlet hole of the grouting nozzle on the predetermined position across the seam.

Sealing: seal the joint with structural adhesive, and apply a layer of structural adhesive about 1~2mm thick along the crack (30~50mm on both sides of the crack). Small holes and bubbles shall be prevented when applying glue, and shall be scraped flat to ensure reliable sealing.

Sealing inspection: after the crack is closed, conduct air pressure leakage test to check the sealing effect. The leakage test shall be carried out after the structural adhesive has a certain strength.
