High pressure grouting and water plugging treatment method shall be adopted for crack plugging and repair of sewage pool, and oily foaming polyurethane shall be adopted. The oil-based polyurethane quick plugging adhesive reacts with water. Because water participates in the reaction, the slurry will not be diluted and washed away by water. Under the pressure, the grout is poured into the concrete gap or hole, and at the same time penetrates around the gap, and continues to penetrate into the concrete gap to form a network structure, forming an elastomer with low density and water content, which has good adaptability to deformation and good water stop performance.

Crack plugging of sewage pool, leak repair and grouting construction process

Before plugging, field investigation must be carried out to find out the construction situation on site, analyze the cause of water seepage, and find out the length, width, high-level degree and penetration of the leaking part, crack, crack or perforation.

Embedding grouting holes

The grouting holes are arranged in two forms, namely, cross joint and inclined hole, which shall be selected according to the actual situation and needs, and both shall be used when necessary.

1) Design of grouting hole: the position of grouting hole shall be such that the gap between the hole and the leakage crack intersects and is calculated at the leakage amount.

2) Principle of hole arrangement: the location and number of grouting holes shall be reasonably arranged according to different water leakage situations. For the purpose of water leakage everywhere, holes shall be arranged at concentrated water leakage places. Large cracks and large water flow lead to large hole spacing, while small cracks lead to small hole spacing.

Perforating: manual and mechanical methods are adopted according to the construction conditions. Generally, manual and mechanical methods are used together.

Embed grouting nozzle: Embed grouting holes at the intersection of cracks, the wider part, and the end crack penetration. Embedding distance: 300~500mm for short joints; The long seam is 500~800mm. When embedding, first apply a layer of structural glue about 2mm thick at the bottom of the grouting nozzle to paste the grout inlet hole of the grouting nozzle on the predetermined position across the seam.

Sealing: seal the joint with structural adhesive, and apply a layer of structural adhesive about 1~2mm thick along the crack (30~50mm on both sides of the crack). Small holes and bubbles shall be prevented when applying glue, and shall be scraped flat to ensure reliable sealing.

Sealing inspection: after the crack is closed, conduct air pressure leakage test to check the sealing effect. The leakage test shall be carried out after the structural adhesive has a certain strength.
