Grouting agent and material for prestressed concrete pipe (type A; type B)
This product has high grade cement , dispersion medium Swelling agent , plasticizer, etc. It is characterized by fast strength development, large fluidity, non shrinkage and strong adhesion. It is specially used for prestressed duct grouting works, road, bridge, beam, room surface and other concrete surface shrinkage crack grouting repair and reinforcement works.
The products are divided into two types: type A and type A need to mix with cement in proportion at the construction site and then add water for mixing; type B and type B can add a certain amount of water for mixing directly.

·Chloride ion content: ≤ 0.06%;
·Filling degree: acceptable;
·Bond strength of reinforcement: ≥ 4Mpa;
·Mixing amount: 10% (type A, select P.O # 42.5 grade cement) (recommended water consumption ratio of type B: 1:0.26-0.28).
2.2 Usage and precautions:
·Type A and type A of this product need to be mixed with cement in proportion and then mixed with water. The recommended water consumption ratio is 1:0.26-0.28>.
B、 Type A can be stirred directly by adding water. It is better to use high-speed mechanical mixing, and the mixing time is 500~600S. Before grouting, the duct shall be cleaned and pre wetted for 12h.
·The grouting pressure is less than 0.6Mpa, and the pressure stabilization period is not less than 3 minutes;
·The mixed slurry shall be used up within half an hour;
·After grouting, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃ within 3 days;
·After final tensioning, pipe grouting shall be carried out within 48 hours.
2.3 Packaging and storage:
·A. Type B is packed in composite bags, 25-50kg/bag
·It shall be kept in damp proof condition for 3 months.
·The water consumption shall be ± water added according to the recommended water consumption in the factory certificate
