working principle
Place the unit in a separate dedusting room, configure corresponding air ducts and dust hoods to connect with the deduster, and plug in Power Supply Start the fan building, and the dusty air enters the box from the dust source through the dust hood, air duct and air inlet. The dusty gas enters from the inlet at the upper part of the dust gas chamber, and enters the purification chamber after being filtered by the filter cartridge and is discharged from the inlet. The downward air flow is favorable for dust settlement, and the filter cartridge with high efficiency ensures that the air flow entering the purification room meets the dust removal requirements. When the dust on the filter material surface in the filter cartridge increases and needs to be cleaned, the control system will automatically (at fixed time or pressure) clean the filter cartridge and open the air in sequence Diaphragm valve High pressure air rushes back into the filter cartridge to blow away the dust trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge. Dust falls down into the ash hopper along the airflow. Then the diaphragm valve is closed, the dust removal operation of the filter cartridge is completed, and the filter cartridge returns to the filtering state. The control system will open other diaphragm valves to clean other filter cartridges. After all filter cartridges have been cleaned, the dust remover will resume filtering.
