Product Introduction
Pure porcelain coating is a brand new, integrated protection and beautification cement Concrete and steel structure surface treatment Protected products. Pure porcelain coating adopts new polymer brightening ingredients, which has strong protection ability to objects, strong resistance to natural aging (sunlight, rain, cold and hot changes), and is easy to maintain. The surface coating treated with this product is compact, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, weather resistant and self-cleaning.
Main characteristics

2. Low light loss rate, good color retention and no yellowing due to prolonged exposure.

Matching paint

surface treatment
1. The base course shall be solid, dry, flat, clean, free of floating ash and oil stains.
2. The corresponding primer must be applied, and the primer must be applied evenly, and the base layer must be sealed.
3. Before painting the primer, check the water content and PH value of the base material putty. The water content is less than 10%, and the PH value is less than 10.
Drying time:
Surface drying of coating: about 4H/25 ℃, recoating interval ≥ 12H/25 ℃ (drying time will vary with ambient temperature and humidity)
Climatic conditions: Ambient and base temperature>5 ℃, humidity<85%.

The theoretical amount is 125-135g/㎡ as the finish paint (film thickness 35 μ m, excluding loss)

Storage and transportation
It shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from fire source, waterproof, leak proof and high temperature proof. The storage period of paint shall be one year, and the curing agent shall be one year.
matters needing attention
1. Please read the instructions before construction.
2. Avoid contact with pi fu and eyes.
3. If the paint comes into contact with pi fu, it should be cleaned with warm water or appropriate detergent. If the paint comes into contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately.
4. Ensure good ventilation.
5. Observe all health and safety regulations on site.
