I. Requirements for main materials and accessories

1. Main keels: keels along the top, ground, reinforced keels, vertical keels and horizontal keels shall meet the design requirements

2. Light keel accessories: support card, bracket, angle bracket, connecting accessories, fasteners, wall keel, batten and other accessories shall meet the design requirements

3. Fastening materials: nail, expansion bolt, galvanized tapping screw, wood screw and adhesive caulking material shall meet the design requirements

4. Filling sound insulation material: according to the design requirements (10 cm thick rock wool)

5. Cover plate: the specification and thickness of the pressure relief plate shall be selected by the designer or according to the drawing requirements

III. Operation conditions

IV. Operation Process

1. Process flow

Light partition wall setting out → installation of keel along the top and ground → vertical keel grading → installation of vertical keel → installation of horizontal keel clamp → one side pressure relief plate → insulation material filling → the other side pressure relief plate → construction gap practice → surface construction

4. Installation of keels along the top and the ground: install the top keels and the ground keels according to the laid out location line of the partition wall, and fix them on the main body with nails at a distance of 600mm

5. Grading of vertical keel: according to the position of the door opening for setting out of the partition wall, after installing the top ground keel, according to the specification of 1220mm plate width of the pressure relief plate, the grading specification is 612mm, and the grading with insufficient modulus should avoid the position of the door opening frame side block cover panel, so that the broken side cover panel is not close to the hole frame

6. Installation of keel: install the vertical keel according to the grading position, insert the keel along the top and ground at the upper and lower ends of the vertical keel, and fix it with pop rivets after adjusting the verticality and positioning; The keel against the wall and the column side shall be fixed to the wall and column with nails or wood screws, and the nail spacing shall be 1000mm

7. Install the horizontal catch keel: according to the design requirements, when the partition height is greater than 3m, the horizontal catch keel shall be added and fixed with pop rivets or bolts

8. Install the cover panel

1) Check the installation quality of the keel. Whether the door opening frame conforms to the design and structural requirements, and whether the keel distance conforms to the modulus of the width of the relief plate

2) Install the pressure relief plate at one side, starting from the door of the house. The wall without door opening starts from one end of the wall. The pressure relief plate is generally fixed with self tapping screws. The distance between the screws at the edge of the plate is 200mm, and the distance between the screws and the edge of the pressure relief plate is 300mm. The distance between the screws and the edge of the pressure relief plate shall not be less than 10mm, nor more than 16mm. When the self tapping screws are fixed, the pressure relief plate must be close to the keel

3) Install electrical pipes, electrical boxes and electrical box equipment in the wall

4) Install fireproof, soundproof and moisture-proof filling materials in the wall, and install and fill them together with the pressure relief plate on the other side

5) Install the pressure relief plate on the other side of the wall: the installation method is the same as the pressure relief plate on the side, and the gap should be staggered with the side plate surface

6) Install the pressure relief plate: the fixing method of the second layer plate is the same as that of the layer, but the gap of the third layer plate is staggered with the layer, and cannot fall on the same keel with the gap of the layer

9. Seam practice: there are three types of gap practice of pressure relief plate, namely flat joint, concave joint and bead joint, which can be handled according to the following procedures

1) Apply caulking putty: before applying caulking putty, clean up the floating soil in the gap, embed the putty in the joint with a small scraper, and fill and scrape it with the board surface

2) Paste the tie tape: paste the tie material after the caulking putty is solidified. First, scrape a thin layer of thick adhesive putty on the gap, with the thickness of 1mm and the width of the tie tape. Then paste the tie tape, and use the middle scraper to scrape the pressing material from top to bottom to drive out the bubbles between the glue and the tie tape,

3) Scrape the middle layer of putty: immediately after pasting the tie strip, scrape another layer of middle layer putty which is about 80mm wider than the tie strip and about 1mm thick, so that the tie strip can be embedded in this layer of putty

4) Leveling putty: use a large scraper to fill the wedge groove with putty and level the plate
