Scope of Application CA TION
● Suitable for indoor ground leveling. The construction thickness shall be controlled within 15-35mm.
● It is applicable to the floor engineering of new civil, industrial buildings, commercial space floor or leveling floor.
● It is applicable to the renovation of existing indoor floor works of new civil buildings and floor heating and wood floor floor heating works. It can be thin pasted with various tiles, laid with various floors and carpets.
CONSTRUCTION
1. Ground pretreatment: the ground should be solid and free of ponding, clean up the pollution, fill the hollows and gaps, and use the Red May interfacial agent to brush the base course. When the interfacial agent is absorbed by the base course and does not touch hands, leveling construction can be carried out.
2. Pour clean water into the mixing container. The 25kg powder requires about 6.5kg of water. After mixing for 3 minutes, the material can be placed and leveled without flocs.
3. The construction of the mixed slurry must be completed within 20 minutes. The construction temperature is 5-35 ℃. The ground slurry just constructed should be protected from strong wind and direct sunlight.
4. Before the self leveling and initial setting, use the defoaming drum to remove the air in the slurry.
STORES
The storage period shall be 6 months in a cool and dry environment, and it is forbidden to use if it is wet and caked.
