Geotextiles, also known as geotextiles, are permeable geosynthetics made of synthetic fibers through needle punching or knitting. The finished product is cloth, generally 4-6 meters wide and 50-100 meters long. Geotextiles are divided into woven geotextiles and non-woven geotextiles. 2. Corrosion resistance. It can resist corrosion for a long time in soil and water with different pH values.
3. Good water permeability: there is a gap between flat wires, so it has good water permeability.
4. Good anti microbial property will not damage microorganism and moth.
5. The construction is convenient. Because the material is light and soft, the transportation, laying and construction are convenient.
6. Complete specifications: width up to 6 meters. It is currently a wide range product in China, with a unit area mass of 100-600g/㎡.
Function: high fracture strength, up to 20KN/m, good creep resistance and corrosion resistance.
It can be used in water conservancy, dams, roads, airports, buildings and environmental protection projects, and can play the role of filtering, drainage, isolation, protection and reinforcement.
Construction method of PZ product type water swelling waterstop:
1. Reserved groove method: Before applying the waterstop, the construction groove shall be reserved on the interface of the concrete construction joint and the post pouring joint with wooden strips. The height of the groove shall be 1/2 of the thickness of the waterstop, and then fixed with steel nails.
2. Pasting method: apply 401 glue along the installation line on the concrete surface poured at one time.
3. Steel nail close nailing method: fix the steel nail directly on the interface, and the steel nail density should be as dense as possible. Before applying the waterstop, ensure that the construction surface is flat, free of sundries and water. The spacing of steel nails is 800~1000mm for horizontal surface and 600~800mm for vertical surface. When lapping, steel wires can be used to bind or flatten the joints for lapping. The lap length is ≥ 50mm, and then the joints are fixed with steel nails.
Precautions for PZ product type water swelling waterstop:
During transportation and storage, attention shall be paid to ensure that the package is complete and undamaged, and avoid direct sunlight, weight extrusion, contact with water or high water content, high acid, alkali and oil. Under the condition of complying with the above provisions, the product performance shall meet the provisions of the following standards within one year from the date of production. The overdue products can still be used after being inspected to meet the provisions of this standard.
