Underwater crushing is a quick, safe and cost-effective scheme for underwater demolition of plugging walls. I. Preparation for underwater removal of plugging wall:

2、 Prepare underwater Cutting equipment As shown in the figure:

(2) 0.35 cubic meters Air compressor One.
(3) Two sets of underwater interphone systems.
(4) A bottle of medical oxygen.
(5) Underwater Crushing equipment a set.
All personnel and equipment are provided by our company for labor and materials.
3、 Personnel
1. Two divers.

2、 Preparatory work
1. The diving air compressor, diving equipment and underwater walkie talkie used on site shall be debugged and inspected before trial use, and the equipment used shall be subject to good performance.
3、 Cutting process and construction instructions
1. First, divers should conduct preliminary underwater exploration and visual inspection on the plugging wall piles to be removed to understand the site construction environment, especially how large the water level drop on both sides of the plugging wall is. The water level drop will form water pressure. Once the hole is broken, there will be suction. Divers should be careful to prevent being sucked.
2. The diving assistant prepares diving equipment and underwater crushing equipment, and the diver be launched When reaching the operation position, a small hole of about 10cm shall be broken to balance the water level on both sides of the plugging wall. At this time, divers can leave the water to rest and wait for the water level on both sides of the plugging wall to balance.
3. After the water level on both sides of the plugging wall is balanced, the divers begin to remove the entire plugging wall, and try to select the connection of two bricks to remove in a time-saving and labor-saving manner.
4. After dismantling, the diver will put the broken bricks into the woven bag and notify the personnel on the water to lift them out of the well bottom.
5. Arrange the on-site equipment and clean it.
4、 Safety measures
1. Three phase construction site Power Supply It must be normal and be in the charge of a specially assigned person;
2. The divers shall check and commission the oxygen supply equipment and underwater communication equipment before work;
3. When divers work underwater, the oxygen supply equipment must be guarded and managed by special personnel;
4. Connect another set of emergency oxygen supply equipment to the on-site oxygen supply equipment;
5. There must be more than two full-time divers on site;
6. On site diving equipment and communication equipment for emergency use must be debugged and placed on the construction site in advance;
7. The person in charge of the site must supervise the whole process of site construction.
Safety responsibility: if the project is our labor contract, we will prepare and implement construction safety measures. If there are any safety problems and responsibilities in the process of the project, we will bear them, which has nothing to do with Party A.
