1. Air bag plugging

Use scenario: short-term plugging. Generally, the high level of the inspection well within 3 days of plugging does not exceed 5 meters. We adopt the air bag plugging construction method. The air bag plugging construction is a bit fast. After installing the air bag, we can pump water,

1) Check whether the surface of the airbag is clean, whether there is dirt attached, and whether it is intact. Fill a small amount of air to check whether the accessories and the airbag have air leaks. Only when it is confirmed that it is normal can it enter the pipe head for plugging operation
2) Inspection of pipeline: before plugging, check whether the inner wall of the pipeline is flat and smooth, and whether there is any protruding burr, glaze, gravel Such sharp objects, if any, shall be immediately cleaned and straightened to avoid irritating the air stream. After the air is put into the pipeline, it shall be placed horizontally and not twisted to avoid trapping the air and exploding the air bag.
3) . Check the connection and air leakage of the air bag accessories: Shoujin connects the water blocking air bag of the walrus tunnel with the air inflation accessories. After the connection is completed, use tools to check whether there is a leak. Otherwise, if the speed is too fast and the pressure is exceeded rapidly, the airbag may be exploded

2. Underwater wall blocking:

Use scenario: Generally, we use underwater wall masonry for long-term plugging. The operation time of underwater wall masonry is longer than that of air bag plugging, and the process is more complicated. The advantages of underwater wall masonry are that the strength of the wall after solidification is large, and it can resist the pressure of deep water.

Divers enter the well bottom to check the well bottom → Diving auxiliary workers lift bricks into the well bottom → cement Once the mature materials are mixed, the clinker is hoisted into the well bottom → the diver builds the wall underwater → after the completion of the wall building, check whether there is any leakage point → pump water for acceptance.
1) The diver wears KM28 light diving and goes down into the well through the air compressor air supply equipment to block the pipeline with bricks. Among them, two diving signalmen are at the wellhead to observe the diving operators in the well, and the contact person is responsible for observing the movement of the diving constructors at the wellhead at any time.
2) Before construction, the whole upstream and downstream sewage pipelines shall be thoroughly understood, and attention shall be paid to the difference of water level. For safe construction, if the water level difference between upstream and downstream of the plugging hole is large, a 1m long iron fence is installed at the downstream pipe mouth to prevent the divers from being washed away by the torrent. Then the divers use bricks and cement mixed mortar to build a wall with a width of 49cm at the bottom of the pipe until the height is half of the pipe diameter, and then change it to a wall with a width of 37cm, When the masonry reaches 2/3 of the height, the wall will be changed to 24cm wide. If the water flow is rapid, the masonry will not be finished in a hurry. A hole of 20cm to 30cm will be left in the upper part of the zui of the wall to let the water flow through, and the wall will solidify for 12 hours. The next day, the water shall be lowered again for masonry, and the diversion pipe shall be installed, and the pressure reducing valve shall be installed on the diversion pipe.
3) After the plugging is completed, use a shovel to clean the bricks and cement slurry into a cloth bag, pull them to the wellhead, and the operators above will pick them up and load them away.

5. When the diving operation starts, fence devices shall be set around the diving operation; Signal lights shall be hung for night work, and sufficient working lighting shall be provided.
6. Diving operators must be familiar with the regulations on the use of signal ropes and the contact signals agreed in advance. In particular, the signal rope must be tied for operations in deep water, current surge, pipelines and reservoirs, so that in case of telephone failure, the signal rope can be used to transmit signals.
7. When two or more groups of diving operators are working at the same working face, they should always check their respective gas supply hoses and signal ropes to prevent intertwining.
8. The messenger and pipe puller must always observe the tightness of the signal rope and gas supply hose, and ask about the underwater operation at any time to prevent accidents. When two groups of divers work at the same time, the diver who finishes the task first must wait on the diving ladder after coming out of the water, and the diving gear can be unloaded after the other diver comes out of the water.
9. Tools and objects required for underwater operation shall be sent and received, and throwing is strictly prohibited. Divers are not allowed to carry heavy objects to rise out of the water.
10. The floating or heavy rubber hose can be selected according to the working environment. Floating rubber hose shall be adopted in underwater installation and removal works; Heavy rubber hose should be used when working in culverts, dams or areas with deep water and large flow velocity.
11. The diving equipment shall be kept and used in archives. Diving suits and gas supply hoses shall be regularly inspected, cleaned and disinfected. Those failing to meet the safety strength requirements shall be scrapped and out of service.
12. The oil-water separator in the gas supply equipment shall be drained in time and cleaned regularly according to the service time; The activated carbon or other substitutes in the air filter should also be replaced or cleaned regularly according to the use condition.
13. When diving outside, there must be written instructions from production scheduling and written safety technical disclosure prepared by technicians for the work, and the work can only be carried out after the purpose of the work is clear.
