Due to the periodic vibration of the anti blocking device, on the one hand, the materials will be separated from the silo wall, and the friction between the materials and the silo wall will be eliminated. On the other hand, the materials will be unstable under the influence of alternating speed and acceleration, Thus, the internal friction and aggregation force of materials can be effectively overcome, so as to eliminate the relative stability between materials in the silo and enable materials to be discharged smoothly from the silo mouth. LZF anti blocking device Installation position and method:
1. All steel plate Material preparation silo: LZF type device shall be welded on the silo wall.
2. Full concrete silo and silo with reinforced steel bars shall be laid with vibration plate, and LZF anti blocking device shall be welded on the vibration plate.
3. The upper part is a concrete silo, and the lower part is a steel hopper. LZF type anti blocking device shall be welded on the wall of dry hopper.
4. The silo for storing pure coarse materials, regardless of the form, shall be equipped with vibrating plates. LZF type device shall be welded on the vibrating plate.
5. Chute: LZF type anti blocking device shall be welded on the part where the chute is easy to stick and block materials.
LZF type anti blocking device shall be installed on the vibration antinode section of the mounting surface, which shall be located at the position one third to one quarter of the total length from the mounting surface to the upper or lower side. |
