2、 Scope of application
JRK three prevention integrated elastic protective coating is applicable to waterproof works such as highway bridges, urban overpasses, bridges and culverts, which can prevent corrosion of reinforcement caused by water seepage of concrete bridge deck and improve the service life of beams.
3、 Product characteristics
A. The construction process is simple. The JRK three prevention integrated elastic protective coating can be applied by mechanical spraying or manual painting, with fast drying and short construction period;
B. The waterproof layer is cheap, and generally only needs to be painted three times to achieve waterproof effect;
C. The adhesive force is strong. Penetrant and tackifier are added in the formula to improve the permeability and bonding performance of the coating, which can bond the pavement layer and the bridge deck as a whole;
D. JRK three prevention integrated elastic protective coating has wide temperature adaptability. It does not flow at high temperature of 140 ℃~180 ℃ during asphalt concrete construction, and does not crack under low temperature of - 20 ℃~- 30 ℃ under dynamic load.

5、 Construction technology
1. Preparation of construction tools: Before construction, the mixing bucket and JRK elastic protective coating of three prevention integration shall be prepared.
2. Base course requirements: the strength of bridge deck and beam concrete shall reach the design mark, and the surface shall be free of loose laitance, peeling, hollowing and serious cracking. The surface flatness shall meet the requirements of bridge specifications. The elevation of the upper opening of the vertical drainage pipe shall be lower than the elevation of the base layer. The drainage outlet must be firmly installed with the base layer without any looseness. The base course shall be clean, dry and free from ponding.
3. Base course treatment: the base surface shall be free of dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc. Before the waterproof layer is made, the surface can be cleaned by air compressor, water purification, degreasing agent, etc. If there are hard sundries such as concrete and mortar, they should be polished off.
4. Construction steps of waterproof layer: (take three coats as an example)
(1) The barreled coating shall be stirred evenly before painting.
(2) Before large-area painting, use a small brush to paint the leak twice, and apply waterproof paint three times on the internal corners, and then brush the first coat of paint on a large area.
(3) After the first coating is dry, the second coating can be applied.
(4) The second coat of JRK three prevention integrated elastic protective coating is applied after the surface is dry.
Reference dosage: 0.5-1.0kg/m2, coating thickness is generally 0.6~1.3 mm, and spraying is 0.3kg/m2.
Precautions: ① The construction temperature should be 0~35 ℃, and it is not suitable for construction in rainy days and freezing periods; ② This coating is water-based, and water can be properly added to make spraying more uniform. Water addition will not affect the physical properties of the product itself.
Packing specification: plastic bucket, 50KG/bucket.
Transportation and storage: 1) The product is nonflammable and can be transported by general transportation methods; 2) The storage period of the product is 6 months. The JRK three prevention integrated elastic protective coating should be stored in the warehouse above 0 ℃, and the sun exposure should be avoided in summer.
