1： Boom telescopic self-locking
A) Extend the boom of the spreader to a horizontal state, measure and record the distance H1 from the center of rotation to the center of the outlet,
B) Luffing the boom to 25 °, put the boom in a horizontal state 15 minutes after the engine is stopped, and measure and record H2 from the center of the distance from the rotation to the center of the discharge port.
C) Repeat the test for three times, calculate the self weight retraction distance of the boom according to formula (7), take the average value, and record all the data in the safety test record sheet of the crawler type spreader

2： Boom telescopic limit
A) Press the boom extension switch Let the boom extend horizontally automatically. When the boom stops automatically, measure the distance L1 from the center of rotation to the center of the outlet. The distance is the large distribution radius of zui, and the allowable error is 1.5% of the large distribution radius of zui. All data are recorded in the safety test record sheet of crawler type spreader, and the average value is obtained by repeating it three times.
B) Press the boom extension switch to make the boom automatically retract horizontally. When the boom automatically stops, measure the distance L2 from the center of rotation to the center of the discharge port. The distance is the small distribution radius of zui, and the allowable error is 1.5% of the large distribution radius of zui. All data are recorded in the safety test record sheet of crawler type spreader, and the average value is obtained by repeating it three times.
3： Luffing Cylinder Self locking performance test
A) Extend the boom of the spreader to a horizontal state, stop the engine, and install Dial indicator The V-type magnetic seat of is adsorbed on the surface of the piston rod of the luffing oil cylinder. The dial indicator measures that the head is on the end face of the cylinder barrel of the luffing oil cylinder, stays for 15min, records the retraction amount of the piston rod of the luffing oil cylinder, and repeats three times to take the average value.
B) The average retraction of the piston rod of the luffing cylinder is less than 2mm.
4： Blocking test of sliding pipe of crawler mobile telescopic belt conveyor
A) Take down the chute and replace it with a weight of 500kg (error less than 5%). With the cooperation of the crane, the boom slowly changes its amplitude to make the weight 10cm-20cm off the ground (at this time, the weight of the weight is borne by the crane)
B) Start the distribution and feeding belt conveyor.
C) The crane hook slowly descends to the point where the steel wire rope for hanging the load is completely free of force. At this time, the distribution and feeding belt conveyor will automatically stop here immediately, and the switches such as rotary operation, luffing and telescoping should not act.
D) Use a crane to lift the load and operate the crawler type spreader. All movements should be restored freely.
E) This test is repeated three times, and the measurement record is recorded in the safety test record sheet of crawler type spreader.
