1.1 Scope of application
1.1.1 JLS-6, 10 type three-phase oil immersed outdoor high-voltage power metering box (hereinafter referred to as metering box) is applicable to the three-phase AC network with rated voltage of 10kV and rated frequency of 50-60Hz for power metering. It consists of a combination transformer and a meter box.
1.1.2 JLS-6 and 10 type metering boxes are applicable to electric energy metering in the following occasions:
a、 Electric energy measurement of high-voltage transmission lines in rural irrigation and drainage stations, township enterprises, processing plants, small and medium-sized factories, mining areas, transportation and other enterprises and institutions, as well as temporary power supply stations in forestry and infrastructure construction sites.
b、 The measurement of power generation of small power stations or the measurement of mutual power transmission when the power grid of small power stations and the country are connected for operation.
2. Environmental conditions for use:
2.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
2.2 Ambient temperature:

The daily average temperature shall not exceed 30 ℃;

2.3 System grounding mode: neutral point non effective grounding system;
2.4 Atmospheric conditions: there is no serious pollution in the atmosphere.
3. Overview of main product structure
3.1 This product consists of a combination transformer and a metering instrument box. The combination transformer is composed of two voltage transformers and two current transformers. The metering instrument box is equipped with D86 series three-phase watt hour meters and safety devices. One active watt hour meter and one reactive watt hour meter are equipped for one-way metering, and two active watt hour meters and two reactive watt hour meters are equipped for two-way metering.
3.2 The iron core of voltage transformer is external iron type, which is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. The central column is multi-stage ladder shaped, and primary and secondary coils are installed on the central column.
3.3 The current transformer core is of internal iron type, which is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets Core column Primary and secondary coils are installed on it.
3.4 Lead out the voltage and current transformers for wiring through the conductive rod in the porcelain bushing. The voltage and current transformers are fixed on the support plate, which is lifted on the box cover through the support rod and immersed in transformer Oil.
3.5 High voltage lead bushing and secondary lead bushing are installed on the tank cover, and oil drain plug is installed on the side of oil tank for grounding Bolt 。
3.6 The instrument box is installed on the front of the oil tank, and observation is installed on it window Lead sealing holes shall be provided.
3.7 The double ratio metering box adopts the double ratio type of secondary replacement, which is convenient for more indirect work when changing the ratio.
3.8 Measuring principle of complex transformation ratio, V ／ V-12 wiring mode is adopted, secondary point b in voltage circuit is grounded, and A The tail end of the secondary circuit of phase C current is grounded. In the complex ratio metering box, point b at the end of the current secondary circuit and the end of the voltage secondary circuit has been connected as one point, but has not been grounded. When the meter is actually connected for measurement, this point (b) should be reliably grounded.
4. Inspection before acceptance and use:
4.1 Appearance inspection: the product is well sealed, the porcelain parts are free of damage, and the factory documents (certificate of conformity, instruction manual) are complete.
4.2 Use a 2500 V megger to measure the primary insulation resistance to the ground, and the value shall not be less than 1000 M Ω. (Air humidity is not more than 75%)
4.3 For short-time power frequency withstand voltage test, the test voltage value is 80% of the factory test value.
4.4 After long-term storage, the product must be inspected in 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 before use.
4.5 Before installation, check and calculate whether the load matches. During installation, it shall comply with the marked load value.
5. Usage and precautions:
5.1 If this product is used to measure the electrical degree of branch lines or to assess line loss, it can be used to measure

5.2 When it is used to measure the electrical degree at the high voltage side of the power transformer, it can be installed on the same platform or pole with the transformer.
5.3 When the newly installed and operating metering box finds that the phase sequence is opposite, the active watt hour meter will still rotate in the forward direction and the reactive watt hour meter will reverse, causing metering errors of the watt hour meter. The metering box should change any two positions at the high voltage side of the metering box to the positive phase sequence to ensure accurate metering of the metering box.
5.4 When this product is used for measuring kilowatt hour of power lines with two phases and one ground, the ground phase should be connected to phase B of the metering box, and the other two phases should be connected in the normal phase sequence to prevent additional metering errors.
5.5 The product must be lifted by the crane on the oil tank.
5.6 The secondary terminal b of the combined transformer and the grounding bolt on the oil tank shall be reliably grounded to avoid accidents.
6. Maintenance and custody:
6.1 The metering tank in operation shall be checked regularly. If any sign of oil shortage or oil deterioration is found, filter and replace or replenish new oil immediately.
6.2 The measuring box shall be properly kept in the warehouse before use. The temperature of the warehouse is - 25 ℃ to+40 ℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, the ventilation is good, and there is no corrosive gas.
