How to deal with moldy container goods
Most foreign trade enterprises deliver their products to customers by sea. This mode of transportation has the characteristics of low cost and large volume, but it also has the disadvantages of long transportation time and bad transportation environment. Sea transportation is a relatively slow mode of transportation, usually taking a long time, up to more than two months. During the whole transportation process, the environment inside the container is very harsh, which is a high temperature and high humidity confined space, and it is easy to lead to product mildew.
The humidity in the container is mainly caused by the condensation phenomenon. What is the "condensation phenomenon"? "Condensation phenomenon" refers to the phenomenon that the temperature changes too much over a period of time, and dew will be produced when hot air meets cold air. The shell of the container is often made of materials with strong heat absorption capacity. The temperature inside the container becomes particularly high after the exposure of the hot sun in the daytime, which can reach 50-90 ℃, forming a large amount of water vapor. At night, the temperature of the sea is relatively low. In addition to the Shanghai wind, the temperature of the container wall drops sharply. When the hot air inside the container meets the cold container wall, it starts to condense dew, which is mainly concentrated on the upper wall of the container and also on the product packaging. After more than 20 days of transportation, it was very wet when it was opened again as if it had rained. The high temperature and humidity environment during the whole transportation process is easy to cause mildew of products, and the products with mildew often get complaints when they arrive at foreign guests. Therefore, transportation protection is particularly important, and moisture-proof and mould proof work must be done well.
Container, the carrier of transportation, is one of the culprits leading to mildew. The main factors through in-depth research are:
1. What kind of goods have been loaded into the container before loading, which you cannot control, and become a source of pollution or cross infection.
2. The day and night sunshine causes the temperature difference to change by more than 50 degrees Celsius, forming water mist, especially the phenomenon of condensation on the top, commonly known as "container rain" (similar to the electric rice castle effect, condensation into water droplets, which makes products close to the top susceptible to moisture and mildew.
3. There are many microorganisms on the sea during the sea voyage, and the bacteria multiply highly.
Routine maintenance of containers:

2. Place 8-12 container anti mildew sticks/container on the top or side of the container truck.
Option 2:
(Textiles, leather products, etc.)
1. Spray the inner wall of the container truck evenly once 15-30 minutes before loading. It is recommended that 500ml/piece.
