2.2 Selection of main materials
2.2.1 Tempered glass
This process adopts 6 12A 6 coating and tempering Hollow glass The glass must be cut, chamfered and chamfered before being tempered, and then vacuum magnetron cathode sputtering coating is carried out; Once processed, it cannot be changed. Therefore, in the construction preparation stage, the glass processing and manufacturing can only be carried out after strict surveying and setting out, drawing the secondary arrangement drawing of the project, and approving the detailed size of aluminum alloy frame fabrication.
2.2.2 Structural sealant, sealing caulking material and caulking glue
Silicone sealant is used for glass curtain wall, which shall be purchased, inspected and tested according to the national standard Silicone Sealant for Building (GB16776) and the industrial standard Technical Code for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering (JGJ102). Send samples of structural sealant for inspection, and also send samples of bonded materials that pass the compatibility test with structural sealant for inspection; It can be used only after passing the inspection. EPDM and neoprene are commonly used as sealing and caulking materials; The sealant strip is extruded and the rubber block is molded. Rubber seal relies on its own elasticity to play a sealing role; Therefore, it should have the characteristics of ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance, pollution resistance and small deformation for a long time. Caulking glue is used for caulking between stones. It is a waterproof measure for the front of the slate curtain wall, and makes the slate curtain wall form a whole, with high weather resistance requirements. Therefore, imported weather resistant caulking glue is specially used for stones with less silicone oil in this project
2.2.3 Stone
Natural granite with thickness of 25~35mm and variety of sesame white granite is used. In order to ensure the compactness of stone material, small porosity, less iron oxide content, consistency of strength and color, the selection of stone must be determined through field investigation.
2.2.4 Metal framework
The metal skeleton of dry hanging stone curtain wall is made of hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion carbon steel; The main stiles (columns) are made of square steel tubes; 160 × 80 × 4, the beam is angle iron 50 × 4, the connecting angle bracket (corner code) is ∠ 125 × 80 × 8 galvanized angle steel, which is welded on site, and the welding points are treated with zinc rich antirust paint; It is connected with the main frame structure. 2.2.5 Metal pendant
The metal pendant of slate curtain wall adopts three-dimensional adjustable stainless steel "T" pendant, which is connected with Q235B galvanized steel skeleton system by bolts, and the surface is coated with anti-corrosion paint; The backstitch glue application system is adopted. Three dimensional adjustable stainless steel "T" pendant can ensure the installation quality of stone panel, especially the installation accuracy. As shown in Figure 2, the front and rear long holes on the pendant can realize the front and rear adjustment of the plate; The plate can be adjusted up and down by turning over the pendant and adding shims; The left and right adjustment of the plate can be realized by sliding in the groove on the plate.
2.2.6 Dry hanging engineering glue
The engineering adhesive belongs to epoxy resin polymer, which is mixed with two components in equal amount of A and B; It has the advantages of high adhesive strength, slow aging, stable weather resistance, strong seismic and impact resistance, good waterproof and moisture-proof performance after curing, corrosion resistance and harmless. The products are PM slow drying type, PF fast drying type and GEL transparent type; PM slow drying MEGAPOXY engineering glue with effective time of 45 minutes, initial setting of 12 hours and final setting of 4 days is selected for this project.
2.2.7 Aluminum alloy profiles
Aluminum alloy column, beam profile, frame material, pendant, etc. selected according to the requirements of Aluminum Alloy Building Profile (GB/T5237) and Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Anodization - General Specification for Anodization Film (GB8013); The wall thickness of aluminum alloy column and beam profiles of stressed members shall be controlled within the range of no less than 3mm, the average thickness of material spraying coating of aluminum alloy profiles shall be no less than 30 μ m, and the smaller thickness of oxide film shall be no less than 15 μ m. The concealed frame glass curtain wall of this project adopts 160 series curtain wall materials. As the main load-bearing component, the column adopts rectangular steel pipe section, which has good overall stability and torsional resistance. The connection of horizontal and vertical main sections adopts a flexible system, which is easy to install. The flexible connection can fundamentally eliminate the thermal deformation expansion noise, and has good displacement adaptability and seismic resistance.
