The separated clean shot falls into the separator hopper, and is thrown out by the shot blasting machine through the shot conveying system.

The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.

1. Cleaning room
(1) Structure
The cleaning chamber is a large volume chamber structure, the upper part of the chamber body is box shaped, and the lower part is cone shaped. The cleaning operation is carried out in the sealed chamber chamber, specifically consisting of the chamber body, rubber curtain, shot blasting chamber guard board, shot blasting machine, etc.

(2) Adjustment, use and maintenance safety
A、 The guard board and the wrapped nut in the shot blasting room are vulnerable parts, which must be regularly checked for wear and replaced in a timely manner. When installing the guard board, attention should be paid to lapping to prevent damage to the wall panel and endanger safety.
B、 When working, the personnel shall stay away from the entrance and exit of the room to prevent the projectile from splashing into the eyes, and hang a sign for warning.
C、 When entering the cleaning room for maintenance, the power supply must be cut off in advance, and signs must be hung for warning. It is strictly prohibited to operate with electricity. Violators may endanger personal safety.
2. Shot blasting machine
(1) Structure
The shot blasting machine manufactured by our company is produced by introducing domestic and foreign technologies. The shot blasting machine is composed of impeller, blade, directional sleeve, lead-in pipe, etc. The projectile flows into the shot separating wheel from the guide tube, and after pre acceleration, it is thrown out through the directional sleeve mouth. The blade continues to accelerate it, and then it is shot at a high speed to hit the workpiece, so as to achieve cleaning.
(2) Adjustment and use:
A、 Adjustment of blasting belt: first close the shot gate, place the workpiece in the blasting area, stop running, check the safety, then open the shot blasting machine, manually put a small amount of shot into the shot flow tube, after the shot blasting machine stops running, pull out the workpiece to check whether its blasting position is appropriate, if not ideal, it can be determined by up and down deflection of the directional sleeve test as required.
B、 The uneven wear of the impeller will cause severe vibration to the high-speed shot blasting machine. Before each shift of operation, check the wear of the blades. When the blades have deep grooves or wear more than half, replace them. The blades must be replaced symmetrically in pairs. The quality difference between the two blades is not more than 5g.
C、 Check the current meter readings of the shot blasting device, which should indicate the proper shot flow.
D、 When the shot blasting machine does not completely stop rotating or the power supply is not cut off, it is not allowed to open the cover of the shot blasting machine.
3. Hoist
(1) Structure
It is manufactured with the technology of GF Company in Switzerland. The machine is a flat belt driven bucket type, and the shell is welded to form, which is used to lift the shot dust mixture of the lower screw conveyor to the top of the machine. It is composed of upper and lower transmission, barrel, belt, hopper, etc.
A、 The elevator adopts large pulley to increase the friction force, and the lower pulley adopts squirrel cage type sand prevention, anti-skid, and deviation prevention. The drive belt runs stably and reliably, effectively improving the service life of the belt.
B、 The upper and lower pulleys with the same diameter of the hoist adopt rib plates, wheel plates and wheel drums to be welded into a polygon structure to enhance the friction force, avoid slipping, and extend the service life of the belt.
C、 The upper and lower pulleys adopt the spherical bearing with square seat, which can be automatically adjusted when subjected to vibration and shock, and has good sealing performance.
(2) Adjust usage
A、 If the belt slips during the operation of the elevator, adjust the tensioning device or check whether it is overloaded.
B、 Open the cover plate on the elevator middle shell to repair and replace the hopper and overlapping belt.

4. Separator
(1) Structure principle
The separator is manufactured with the technology of GF Company in Switzerland, and adopts BE curtain structure with three-stage separation function (pure pill, mixture and sand mixture). The shot dust mixture is evenly sent into the separation area via the feeding screw conveyor to form a uniform flow curtain of shot dust, and the shot dust separation is carried out through the horizontal airflow of 4~5M/S. The shot and waste fall into their respective channels according to their different specific gravity, and the pure shot; The fine dust is sucked into the dust removal system, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.
The separator has good separation effect. After separation, the sand content in pure qualified shot is less than 1%, and the qualified shot content in waste is less than 1%.
(2) Adjustment and use
A、 Adjusting the gap between the tongue plates of the separator can control the uniform distribution of the shot dust curtain and obtain the separation effect.

5. Screw conveyor
(1) Structure
The lower part of the cleaning room is equipped with a screw conveyor and a pill chute, which can collect the mixture of shot dust, collect it and send it to the elevator, and then send it to the separator through the elevator. They are composed of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a spiral shaft, a shell, a bearing with a seat, etc.
