1. Cleaning room
The cleaning chamber is a large chamber plate box type assembly welding structure, and the inner wall of the chamber is lined with wear-resistant protective plates. The cleaning operation is carried out in the sealed chamber.
2. Conveying roller table
It is divided into indoor conveying roller table and loading and unloading section conveying roller table.
The roller table coming out of the specific processing place bears the impact of the projectile. The limit ring can make the workpiece run according to the predetermined position to prevent deviation and accidents.
3. Hoist
It is mainly composed of upper and lower transmission, cylinder, belt, hopper, etc.
The upper and lower belt pulleys with the same diameter of the hoist adopt rib plate, wheel plate and hub assembly welding to form a polygonal structure to enhance the friction force, avoid slipping, and extend the service life of the belt.
The cover of the elevator shell is bent and formed. Open the cover plate on the elevator middle shell to repair and replace the hopper and overlapping belt. Open the cover plate on the lower shell of the elevator to eliminate the blockage of the bottom projectile.

4. Separator

5. Purging device

6. Inlet and outlet seals
The sealing device at the inlet and outlet of the workpiece is made of rubber spring steel plate. In order to prevent the projectile splashing out of the cleaning room during sand blasting, multiple strengthened seals are set at the inlet and outlet of the workpiece, which are characterized by strong elasticity, long service life and excellent sealing effect.
7. Dust removal system

8. Electrical control
The electrical control system uses conventional control to realize the control of the whole machine. The main power circuit breaker and thermal relay are used to realize the short circuit, phase loss and overload protection for each motor. Several emergency stop switches are set to facilitate emergency shutdown and prevent accident expansion. The cleaning room and each access door of the cleaning room are equipped with safety protection switches. When any access door is opened, the sandblasting machine cannot be started.
