1. Shot blasting cleaning room

3. Shot blasting machine

4. Hoist

The hoist is improved based on the technology of GF Company in Switzerland. It is composed of upper and lower transmission, cylinder, belt, hopper, etc.

(1) The elevator housing is bent and shaped.

(2) The upper and lower pulleys of the elevator are made of rib plates, wheel plates and wheel hubs, which are assembled and welded into polygonal structure pulleys to enhance friction, avoid slipping and extend the service life of the belt. At the same time, the upper and lower pulleys use square seat spherical bearings, which can automatically adjust when subjected to shock and vibration, and have good sealing performance.

(3) Adjust the bolts on both sides of the upper shell of the elevator to drive the pulling plate to move up and down to maintain the tightness of the elevator belt.

(4) Open the cover plate shell on the elevator middle shell to repair and replace the hopper and overlapping belt.

(5) Open the cover plate on the lower shell of the elevator to eliminate the blockage of the bottom projectile.

5. Separator

The separator is also improved based on the technology of GF Company in Switzerland. It is composed of reducer, screw conveyor, separation device, etc. Curtain structure composition with three-stage separation function (pure shot, mixed shot dust sand mixture). The shot dust mixture is sent by the elevator to the spiral screen at the upper part of the separator. There are internal and external spirals in the screen. The internal spirals screen out the sundries. The external spirals evenly distribute the shot dust mixture, forming a curtain through the seam, so that the air flow passes through the curtain in the direction perpendicular to the curtain flow to flush the shot dust. The shot, waste and mixture fall into different channels according to their different specific gravity, and the pure and qualified shot enters the hopper for use by the shot blasting machine. The un separated mixed pellets flow into the elevator for re separation, the fine dust is sucked into the dust removal system, the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the granular dust is captured and collected. Properly adjusting the gap of each adjusting plate can control the uniform fabric thickness of the curtain and obtain the separation effect.

The separator has good separation effect. After separation, the sand content in pure qualified shot is ≤ 1%, and the qualified shot content in waste is ≤ 1%.

6. Auger

(1) The spiral slice is made of 16Mn steel plate, thus improving its service life.

(2) The auger is equipped with a cover plate for maintenance.

(3) The outer spherical bearing with square seat is adopted, which can automatically adjust when subjected to shock and vibration, and has good sealing performance.
