The anti crack sticker is a roll type anti crack waterproof membrane, which is made of 2mm thick polymer waterproof membrane coated on 0.3mm thick anti wrinkle and anti heavy load polypropylene material, and rolled together by strict process. It has self-adhesive interlayer crack resistant and waterproof materials. This structure is a combination of several anti crack and waterproof measures, such as geosynthetics and stress absorption layer materials, which are now used alone on the highway. It is an optimized combination and upgrading product of the current anti crack and waterproof materials between layers of the highway.
The anti crack sticker is mainly used for the construction and maintenance of the pavement base of expressways, general highways and urban roads. With high tensile strength, good toughness and surface viscosity, it is suitable for pavement base course and can prevent cracks caused by temperature and vertical load from reflecting to the surface course.

The stability of the lower coating and the tire base ensures the formation of a layer of composite interlayer with relatively uniform thickness, which meets the requirements of crack resistance and waterproof.
Stiffening action
The high temperature resistant fabric on the crack resistant surface has high tensile strength, which can effectively resist the tensile stress at the interlayer crack, limit the crack width development, play the role of reinforcement, and improve the tensile strength of local structural layers of asphalt pavement.
Energy dissipation and buffering
The polymer in the crack resistant paste is a viscoelastic material with good low-temperature flexibility. It is paved between asphalt pavement layers, which is equivalent to setting a composite layer with good viscoelasticity under certain low-temperature conditions. The tensile stress at the crack is expanded through the good viscoelastic composite layer and gradually attenuates to a wider range, which can play the role of absorbing tensile energy.
Water resisting and anti-seepage function
The anti crack sticker is laid on the surface of interlayer cracks to form a complete waterproof and anti-seepage layer, which can cut off the infiltration path of rain, snow and water, thus reducing the water damage to the pavement.
Self-adhesive property
The anti crack sticker is self-adhesive and easy to construct. After removing the isolation film, it is directly bonded to the crack. After using small compaction equipment to stabilize the pressure, it is more firmly bonded to the pavement without displacement, which can meet the requirements of the upper asphalt mixture paving construction.
The anti crack paste on the cracked or peeled asphalt concrete surface can reduce and block the temperature shrinkage stress acting on the pavement, thus reducing the tendency of crack reflection passing through the surface course. The pavement and pavement separate the base course from the upper wearing course, so that the upper layer is free from multi-directional displacement and shear stress, and is used for roads, bridges and airports.
Anti crack sticker surface treatment
1. The dust, water and other sundries on the surface must be clear to keep the road dry and clean.
2. Cracks (joints) with a width of 5-19mm must be cleaned and filled with sealant.
3. Cracks (joints) and sunken areas with a width of 19-50mm must be cleaned, filled with mortar, sealant or asphalt mixture and compacted to the existing height.
4. Cracks or pits with a width of more than 50mm must be cleaned first, then filled with mortar or hot asphalt mixture and compacted to the existing height.
5. The crack (joint) and subsidence areas with different heights must be leveled.
6. The protrusions on the bridge deck and pavement must be cleaned or leveled until they are flat.
Environmental conditions
1. It shall be used when the surface temperature is equal to or greater than 21 ℃.
2. If the surface temperature is lower than 10 ℃, it is recommended to use warm fire baking anti crack paste, which should be flat, wrinkle free and edge free.
3. In case of overlap during laying, the overlap length is 50mm. Cannot overlap more than two layers.
4. It is recommended to use rubber wheel after laying polymer anti crack sticker roller Roll at least three times.
5. Vehicles can pass after paving. However, the interval between laying and the upper layer shall not exceed 24 hours.
Asphalt overlay
1. After the anti crack sticker is correctly laid, it shall be closely combined with the construction of the upper layer to avoid moisture and rain.
2. After the anti crack sticker is laid, the adhesive layer oil such as emulsified asphalt can be spread according to the construction specifications of hot asphalt mixture. In order to prevent vehicles or pavers from adhering to the anti crack sticker, some fine gravel or mixture can be spread on the anti crack sticker.
3. The thickness of hot asphalt mixture paved on the crack resistant paste shall be greater than 40mm.
