1、 Scope of application:
It is applicable to the test of paving materials placed horizontally and exposed to inclined thermal radiation field by small flame ignition.
It is applicable to all kinds of flooring materials. For example: textile carpet , Soft board , wooden board Rubber sheet and Plastic floor and floor Spraying materials. The device can reflect the combustion performance of the floor covering materials, including the used base materials. The changes in the backing materials, bottom materials or other aspects of the floor covering materials may affect the test results. It is used to test and describe the combustion characteristics of the floor covering materials on fire and heat under the control of the laboratory.
2、 Standards:
Comply with GB/T11785 Determination of Burning Behavior of Floor Covering Materials - Radiant Heat Source Method. The machine structure consists of combustion box and control box.

Forced exhaust system: this machine is equipped with forced exhaust fan. When the test is completed, start the exhaust fan system to exhaust the waste gas outdoors
Combustion box size: L1420 * W1200 * H2300 (mm)
Material of control box/combustion box: high quality (t=1.2mm) 304 stainless steel plate, processed by CNC machine, with beautiful and elegant arc shape
Blowout lamp: self-made by our company, 304 stainless steel material, fully in line with the requirements of GB/T11785 standard
Other mechanical parts are made of 304 stainless steel or A3 material with thickened plating for corrosion and rust prevention
