Usage of digital plastic water-based baking paint
1. Paint mixing method:
A. The water-based paint shall be stirred evenly before use to prevent the deposition of pigments and fillers.
B. Add the required amount of water-based paint, curing agent and tap water according to the proportion of boiled oil on the label of the goods and fully mix them.
C. After completing step B above, use 100-120 mesh filter screen to filter.
2. Baking condition: 60-70 ℃ * 1.5-2hrs drying
Description of baking conditions:
A. Baking condition 1.5-2 hours refers to: After 1.5-2 hours baking at 50-60 ℃ The drying degree of the coating can be used for the production of the next process (decal paper or topcoat), but the physical and chemical properties of the coating cannot be tested.
Description of standing time after material coating:
A. If the sprayed product is placed in an environment with a temperature of 50-55 ℃ for baking and drying, it can be baked when the product is still or not; However, the longer standing time shall not exceed 30 minutes.
B. If the sprayed product is to be placed in an environment with a temperature of 60 ℃ or higher for baking and drying, the product needs to stand for 20-30 minutes before baking; However, the longer standing time shall not exceed 30 minutes.
