4. Ink usage
When using ink, it should be used together with curing agent. The ink added with curing agent should be used up within 4 hours.
Before use, it shall be fully mixed with the curing agent in the established proportion for 10 minutes.
Add 10-30% diluent for dilution as required.
Contaminated materials shall be cleaned or wiped with degreasing oil on the surface to facilitate good printing effect.
In case of printing error, it shall be removed with wiping water before it is completely dried and reprinted.
In case of screen blocking during printing, the plate shall be cleaned with plate washing water before printing.
When color registration is required, it shall be carried out after the front color table is dried or hard dried.
Adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, oil resistance, stain removal oil resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and other properties can be tested only after the ink layer is completely cured.
Without permission, this series of inks shall not be mixed and matched with other types of inks.
5. Precautions
Add appropriate amount of diluent and mix well before use.
Please use special thinner for different types of inks.
The batch production can be carried out after the trial printing is confirmed to meet the requirements.
Do a good job of removing grease and impurities on the surface of the printed matter to promote the adhesion effect.
Static electricity on the screen or the surface of the printed object will cause pores in the ink after printing.
High ambient humidity will affect the printing effect.
After the coating of products is dry, they can be shipped in layers.
After the operation, the remaining ink shall be tightly sealed.

6. Safety planning
Fireworks are strictly prohibited when using and storing ink and thinner.
Pay attention to the good ventilation condition of the construction site during use.
Try to avoid direct contact with the surface.
If the product accidentally splashes into the mouth, nose, eyes and ears, wash it with plenty of water or ask a doctor directly.
